Room / property updates seriously needed.

We found out that the mattress was covered in stains as we were packing up to leave on our last day if I had seen that when I got there I would not have stayed there, when my wife saw the mattress it made her sick it was disgusting, when we got to the room we noticed the bedroom windows were left open and they had no screens had to kill a few flying bugs in the room and the kitchen table was so wobbly were afraid to sit anything on it this was room 408 I will not be staying there again

Location and price. Front desk staff said the right words but acted like they didn't want to be there. Breakfast offerings were OK but not presented well. Hashbrowns were cold, yogurt was floating in ice water. A mini fridge would've been nice for the yogurt. Hard to regulate room temperature.
