IMMACULATE. Do not hesitate on booking this one. This was seriously the greatest hotel experience I have had in my entire life. As a Chattanooga resident, I can honestly say that this is absolutely the best hotel to stay at for the perfect Chattanooga experience. The hotel room was so cozy a comfortable that I truly did not want to leave. The pool and courtyards were beautiful. The train cars and easy access to EVERYTHING at the Choo Choo made everything so easy and just had the coolest vibe and allowed us to make the best of every minute. The owners have done an amazing job at creating a seamless atmosphere that sucks you in and makes you feel like you have went back in time to early 1900’s Chattanooga. Was like being in a movie. Also let me just say, this is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in, the most comfortable beds and the most luxurious shower. Also as a person with an injury, I found the patio areas with access to the parking lot (which there were lots of places to get close parking to our room) to make things so much easier when I needed to save my legs from a long day. The area is also chocked full of amazing restaurants and things to do. Great hotel for anything from families to weddings. Very short walk to some of the best restaurants in town.

Awesome hotel and friendly staff. Would stay here again.

We received a warm welcome from the staff and they were on hand with any questions. The Hotel was lovely and clean and offered some quirky train carriages for rooms which was great. The restaurant was nice with excellent food along with Happy Hours. They also had a caboose with patio Area however this wasn’t open during our visit which was a shame. We would definitely return if coming to Chatanooga again in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay

Very convenient and clean.

We had a great time. They offer so much and such a great location!
-
Everything was beautiful and accommodating. Our only complaint was the facility is smoke free but then they had the smoking section just outside the front door and you have to walk through it to come or go.
-
Staff services was great. Room was cozy and the pool was amazing. Anything you needed was within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again

Staff accommodated my hotel room preference when asked.

I will definitely come back here. Also there’s a great restaurant bar adjacent by the pool that we loved.

This is a very unique hotel. It is beautifully decorated both in the common areas and the rooms. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I ate at Elsie’s Daughter and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that I was in a connecting room with no sound barrier. The first night a family came in at 9:30 with small, tired, loud children who cried through their bath time. I could hear everything! The next night a couple of women came in at 10:00 and were also very loud. “OMG I’ve never seen anything like this…look at that, look at this!” And even tried yanking on the connecting doors. I had an early meeting and they woke me from a dead sleep. If you don’t need connecting rooms, I suggest asking specifically NOT being put in one.

From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was amazing; welcoming and so knowledgeable! The decor is sumptuous; not only the lobby, but the room (not one of the rail car rooms) felt like an indulgence. For some reason the atmosphere brought to mind “The Queen’s Gambit;” so cooooool; retro, but perfectly modern. I appreciated the in-room eco-friendly waters, and the cute postcard. We will stay here every time we visit Chattanooga in future.

Love the hotel. Juat be careful as you may not get the room you expected if going through a third party.
-
Check-in was more complicated than need be due to being part of a wedding package hold and adding on more days. This resulted in three different reservations at three different rates (Expedia's rate was better than the hotel rate). Room keys had to be reissued during our stay. We did not eat at the on-site restaurant, Elsie's Daughter, but the food at the wedding reception was excellent.
-
The air conditioner did not work at night. I asked the staff about local attractions and the younf man just shrugged.
-
We enjoyed our stay in the rail cars. They are very well maintained and loved the decor. The ambiance of the old Choo Choo rings throughout the property.

Fun stop

Very cool hotel. Nice spacious clean rooms. Didn’t stay in the rail car room but they looked really nice. Close walking distance to numerous restaurants. Definitely worth the price, which was very reasonable.
-
Pool was well maintained. Ascetically, the property is beautiful. Rooms were clean. Some staff was outgoing. Cons: No top sheet under the comforter. Charged for minibar items not consumed. Traincar not open during the afternoon anymore, then the area was used for a wedding cocktail hour so we were unsure about access to happy hour and for purchases. On Sunday morning, the pool gates were not unlocked for access at 7 am as posted. Expedia Silver perk of 2 beverages which has been drinks at the Traincar or Elsie’s Daughter for the past several years is now just two free bottled waters in the room. Super slow service at coffee cafe on Sunday morning with very full hotel, one server.

The Staff was very polite and the beds were very comfortable. Just the lighting a lot dim.
