I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. I expected better since I have stayed at many Westins before and enjoyed it every time. Paying 250 dollars a night should get you a better attitude and a better customer service experience.

We loved it. The hotel was great and we plan to stay there again in the future. The wait was long for someone to take my order at the restaurant in the lobby I can remember the name.

Not really Check out in was super slow, elevators took forever, staff was not knowledgeable and didn’t give me the rooms i booked

The view room shown on the website is misleading. It’s a lounge / bar that had a dress attire requirement. I was thinking you could sit and sip some morning coffee and enjoy the views that was not the case. We had views of the downtown buildings from our room on floor five. . A little dissatisfying. The shower leaked all over the floor causing a slip hazard and room was still dirty with crumbs on the floors. The beds were comfortable however and clean from what I could tell. I would say for the price you can definitely find a better place to stay. Maybe one with a view.

Room was absolutely beautiful and clean! Rooftop bar was a nice vibe with good drinks and staff was super friendly! The only place I’ll stay in Chattanooga!

Loved the area of this hotel, super walkable. The staff was professional and super friendly especially Aaron and Sunny at the front desk. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Chattanooga! Oh and our dogs loved it too. They had a dog walk out back with bags and grass. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night.
