This was such an elegant hotel. I truly felt pampered there. The rooms, the beds, the bathroom was all impeccably clean and comfortable.

In the lobby was a StarBucks, also great since they don't serve breakfast and in room coffee was lame. Everything is walkable within 10-15 mins. I would definitely go back!

Large room, comfortable.Great location. Great restaurant and bar. Staff friendly. Would have rated better, but there was construction above my room early one morning. It was constant, extremely loud and very disruptive. Went on for hours. Front desk did not seem very concerned.

The location in downtown Chattanooga is great. There was friendly service and everyone was very helpful. My husband and I attended for our anniversary trip. We will definitely visit again. A very small but not major problem. The pool was freezing and too cold to enjoy.

Beautiful and comfy hotel. Valet was very friendly and helpful, even when I forgot my shoes in the car. The bar drinks are service were excellent. Great location as we walked to dinner and to explore the city.
