Hilton Garden Inn Chesapeake/Greenbrier

This room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. I felt safe which is so important when traveling alone.

Very clean hotel with a friendly staff

We're not enough wash cloths and front desk did not have any additional. Hotel of this magnitude need to supply more than 2 per room.

Check in and out process was easy, room was spacious and smelled great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Virgina Beach

The only thing that was wrong was when I checked in the lady that checked us in was not very pleasant and our room wasn’t ready when we got there check in was at 3 and we got there at 340 and the room was not ready according to the lady at the desk. We drive 12 hours and I was very tired and just wanted to get in my room. The remainder of my stay was very pleasant and the staff was very nice and friendly

The elevator to our floor was out of order. The fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel and to regain entrance the side door to the working elevator and my room was locked and unable to use your key.

Hotel had construction going on in front lobby. Parking horrible. Parked in dimley lighted area. No waters for being Hilton member upon arrival. The TV was so small , what a joke. Herd people in parking lot making noise at 10pm

Location was excellent. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. No adjustments made to housekeeping schedule after water had to be shut off for 2 of the 4 nights that I stayed. Housekeeping is only done every other day. Window shade was filthy and worn. Bed was uncomfortable and worn. Tele vision was extremely small

I called ahead before booking and was told the hotel had finished renovations. That turned out not to be true. When we arrived, it was clear that construction was still ongoing. I also specifically requested a quiet room, but we were placed on the first floor in a room that didn’t feel clean, looked worn out, and had a chalky, stale smell—almost like it had been used by workers during the renovation. To make matters worse, there was a loud party happening down the hall. Since we were only staying a couple of days and I wasn’t confident the next room would be any better, I didn’t ask to be moved. The one positive was the staff — they were very friendly, and I had no issues with them at all. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially after being told the hotel was fully renovated.

Excellent service No working ice machine

Didn't have breakfast Toilet wasn't fixed and one of your maintenance guy said to me. He thought that the toilet was fixed. And that's not good business. Especially when the customer is paying money to stay there. And things are broke

breakfast was okay bacon could’ve been cooked longer. How the front desk man was watching me and my daughter the looks we got like we really should be there.

Clean and convenient to my destination No bathtubs as requested and pillows were too soft
