Poor housekeeping. Rooms were dingy. Food was sub par. Staff was not helpful and kind of snarky.

Staff were wonderful and quick to help. When we checked in Abraham was so helpful! From a long drive and the chaos of getting into the city, he helped ensure that I got checked in properly and explain the parking situation and daily vouchers!

I had a great stay with no major complaints. I love their free breakfast and Happy Hour! My only issue was that my room was not cleaned one day morning. I attribute this to a language misunderstanding between the Housekeeping and myself. The room was eventually cleaned at about 6pm. I would definitely stay again!

My grandchildren and I enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Magnificent Mile.

It was a nice place if you want to be closer to downtown, otherwise I would suggest staying closer to the place where you’re going to be, because transportation is a bit complicated and expensive
-
There were two elevators down and it may it extremely difficult to go from the lobby to our room.

Two of the hotel's 4 elevators were being worked on during my entire 4-day stay over an extremely busy summer weekend, meaning long lines just to get up to or down from your room. I was on the 13th floor and wound up walking down half the time, passing people who were walking up the stairs to their rooms. Otherwise, the room was nice, with a nice view.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy and our room was perfect.

Great location. Great for families

I was a little disappointed by my stay, given my past stays at this hotel. 1) There was an added $25.00 charge that I found a little dubious- it could be applied towards food purchases at 511 North or Monarch. However, open hours were inconvenient as they should have at least started by 11:00. 2) I understand that the one set of elevators was being "worked on;" however, any actual work was very limited and clearly not a priority. Given the size of the hotel, that is unacceptable. 3) There were several days in a row that dishes were left in the hallway (by other guests) and not picked up for over 24 hrs.

地理位置十分优越 服务员们很热情

I was not expecting to pay extra for parking once arrived. The person who checked me in was not professional did not know how to explain things to me. I had to ask multiple times to understand what he was trying to say. The guy at the bar was also rude when I asked about the complementary drinks and food as if he was frustrated. Two of the elevators were not working long times to use the elevators.

The hotel atrium is impressive. The room worked out well for me and my famliy. Breakfast was awesome and plentiful with chiefs making it the way you like. Staff we ran into were friendly and helpful. Only downfall elevators were having issues.

Nice for a simple weekend get-away. The staff were nice. They charge a lot of extra expenses such as $100/daily incidental fee, $25 breakfast, and expensive drinks. It’s not a deal breaker but I’d rather spend money at surrounding restaurants than on the basics at this hotel. It’s not a far walk from Navy Pier but in general Chicago will require a lot of walking. The bell-man was extremely polite and helpful-I didn’t catch his name but he was greatly appreciated. Overall, the hotel was intended to sleep and bathe so it got the job done.

Major factor that we always deal with is the plumbing at hotels where we end up taking a shower that turns into a bath due to slow draining drains right! Well that was not the case at this location, drains drained well! Would like to see a better choice of furniture, maybe an office chair versus the sitting chairs that they had which was not conducive to getting work done.

I reserved a specific multi-bed room (one king, one queen, and one twin) via Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the hotel informed me that this room type was unavailable and instead provided a two-bed room. As I was pressed for time, I had to accept the substitute without further escalation. Additionally, the check-in process was unreasonably slow; we spent over an hour in line with only five parties ahead of us. To the hotel's credit, the property is lovely, and I appreciated the free breakfast, evening reception, and the beautiful view from my 11th-floor room.
