The location and hotel was great. We were a group of 8, had 4 rooms here, the rooms were clean but seems like the room service keep on forgetting to refill all of our shampoos, conditioner and shower gel. That was our only complaint.

Could not get food after 11 am on a Sunday, otherwise, fabulous stay

Hard to believe this carries the Fairmont name. Such a tired and warn out feel throughout. It honestly felt closer to Motel quality than a Fairmont. So many better options, especially at this price point.
-
The check-in process was poorly organized and very understaffed. The style and lack of communication in combination with lack of customer attention at check -in was also not to the level that I would expect from a Fairmont.

We loved our stay! The room was clean and well stocked. Easy to walk to the park, restaurants, and museums.

One of the chairs in our room was soaking wet. I didn't notice this and had a misfortune to sit on it. They tried to charge us for snacks that we didn't consume. Finally, they didn't apply a $15 credit (part of the $30 "Urban Experience" the hotel charges in addition to the room charge) to our breakfast. I had to email the hotel to add this credit. Breakfast was so-so. Staff at the reception desk was very helpful though. I think there are better hotels nearby.

Great room, great location!

We stayed at the Fairmont in the King Gold Suite for my daughter’s college graduation ceremony weekend. The room was spacious to accommodate 3 adults. Excellent amenities, location, and service.
-
They also failed to do their job and actually clean the room properly

Room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the lake.

Incredible time at the Fairmont Gold Club Level. Alex, Mandana, Tamara and Jesus made our time there so enjoyable and we felt so welcome. Our personal preference drinks were in the table every morning without being asked. We were greeted morning and evening with big smiles and kind words and genuine interest in our children. ( we were dropping our eldest off for a summer program in Chicago) . Alex had so many great suggestions of things to do near and far as well as phenomenal restaurants..The food was plentiful and delicious. We are extremely happy and will most definitely be back and would like to extend a huge thank you to the wonderful team in the lounge!!! Thank you for being the best!

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont. It was steps away from the River Walk. The staff was amazing and so so helpful. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but overall I would definitely book another stay here.

Upon cleaning the room, the bathroom products were not replaced/refilled. The cleaners did not replace the used coffee mugs.

Very happy with my stay. The location was ideal, as it was right next to millennium Park. And definitely within walking distance to Michigan Avenue, where all of the shops and attractions can be found. Front desk staff was friendly from check-in to check out. Would highly recommend, and look forward to staying here when I travel to Chicago again.

Quiet clean room on 34th floor. Great view and great fast service. Room service was fast, maintenance for non-working TV was fast as well. Overall, great 2 day stay.
