The floor to ceiling windows ans such a view! Unbelievable!

I would definitely stay here again and I recommended the stay to friends and family. Great location and friendly staff from the bell hop to the consierge. My room was ready and I was able to check in at 2:00 p.m. The room was spacious and I appreciated the automatic dimmable lighting in the bathroom.

The rooftop bar offers incredible views of the city and river, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We loved being able to explore downtown Chicago on foot and then return to such a comfortable and welcoming hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chicago and looking for a memorable stay in the heart of the city.

Great location - but very busy lobby, elevators and access to hotel restaurants limited

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean/well-maintained. The staff was friendly/helpful and the location is fabulous for walking a great deal of downtown! The rooftop bar was too crowded to be enjoyable, but the bar adjacent to the lobby was a good spot.

Great hotel and location - but service leaves something to be desired. We made reservations for dinner on the rooftop restaurant. When we checked in we were advised that weather was coming (which never materialized) and that there wouldn't be food service. They offered us to have food inside or we could give up our reservation and have drinks at a table on the rooftop. We selected drinks at a table and then were told there were not any tables available. Very frustrating as we had made a reservation for a rooftop table. Manager was not able to resolve and coudn't understand why I was frustrated with this. This ruined our experience at LondonHouse.

Excellent hotel to stay in. Surrounded by so many things Chicago has to offer. Right across from the river. We were greeted nicely, was able to upgrade to a nicer room at a fair price. Check in was smooth. Room was very nice, well maintained hotel lobby, rooms hallways etc. had breakfast in the Land and Sea restaurant downstairs due to a rainy morning. Would definitely recommend staying at the London House for a stay in Chicago.

The London House is in a perfect location in downtown Chicago close to the River Walk and train stations. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly!

Great location!

The hotel was amazing, we upgraded to a river view room and it’s was a beautiful view. Only minor downside was how full the rooftop is almost every night. They do prioritize guests staying there but it can be a wait to get in without a reservation. The staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations.

I Love this place the staff was amazing and the room was amazing also. Only thing I didn’t like was no microwave in the room. Other than that absolutely amazing
