Great location and clean/comfy

I just expected more from a 4 star. Downstairs bar was closed and the rooftop wasn’t as big as the pics portrayed it to be

The pricing is confusing. If the all inclusive option is mandatory it should be on the cost of the hotel and not just added later . The location is perfect . Hotel is very clean rooms very big . . Felt uncomfortable using the bar tickets . As you could only use then in the cocktail bar as the lobby was shut I was told if I was using the ticket I would have to sit outside . You also have to ask for the towels to be changed

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that the hallway smelled like cigarettes and damp carpet. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the hallway and elevator odor could definitely be improved.

Overall a very good hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located beside Michigan Ave which gave us access to lots of shops and restaurants nearby without having to walk long distances. The view from our room was pretty good as well, giving us a look down the street. One of the concierges helped us especially with our bags when the room was full. He was able to find an alternative room we could leave our bags while we retrieve our car from elsewhere. Great customer service!

The hotel was a great experience. The people at the desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The location was in the middle of everything. Great place!

Very noisy in hall near elevator. Aggressive housekeeping (knocking on door repeatedly after saying no.) No “do not disturb” door hanger available. Room smelled of cigarettes. TV didn’t work.

We thought the hotel was adequate. It was in a very good location. The rooms are only made up every 3 days which is insufficient. When I asked for more towels, I was told someone would be right up. No one ever came. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms had a bathroom outlet that didn’t work and a toilet that didn’t flush. Maintenance did come right up to fix those issues. Cost of parking was more than advertised; self parking for less money was advertised but not offered. A pool was advertised-also not true. There wasn’t enough room for toiletries in the bathroom. I had to keep them in another room. The room had several steps down from the entry door- no rail and difficult to see as the room didn’t have much lighting. Had to keep the bathroom light on all night and it was still unsafe. Hot water in the shower was difficult to regulate. The bathroom sink faucets were reversed, ie hot was cold and cold was hot. Coffee was supposed to be 24/7 but they frequently ran out.

Amazing location. Breakfast was great! Rooftop bar was beautiful!

Property was very outdated on the 8th floor. No coffee maker no water . The refrigerator was on the floor. No chair or couch just beds. Not worth the cost!

Clean rooms. Close to so many shops. 1 block subway making public transportation easy. Close to a lot of food options. Nice staff.
