Loved the location and comfort but the best thing was the service from all the concierges. From the email welcoming us to the restaurant recommendations and bookings, we loved them - especially Sheryl! The food at Brass Tack restaurant could have been better although Leonard's cocktails were exceptional.

Beautiful luxury hotel with an elegant atmosphere, very clean rooms, and an excellent location. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall experience felt upscale and relaxing. The room overlooked a large parking garage, which took away from the atmosphere and overall energy of the room. For us, the view is a significant part of the experience and makes up about 40% of how the room feels.

My first time there, has left me with a lasting impression I will never forget! Classy and it smelled like Paris! Love everything about the hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer. Lacking basic Kleenex, toilet paper, and towels for such a high end property. Also, transparency in car wash offering on cost would help. Great staff overall!
