Tedious check-in. Booking wasn't found at first, then they insisted the room wasn't paid yet, despite me showing credit card statement and email confirmation of payment. Rooms are just ok, nothing special at all, not spacious. Definitely not worth 16k pesos without breakfast. No nice view, literally nothing in the room. I was shocked when I saw the interior. Cherry on top, valet lost my car keys, I kid you not. Waited 90 minutes after checkout to hear they found them on parking deck #2, whatever that .means. No proper apology, no free lunch nothing. Definitely not coming back. Much better hotel with nicer and bigger rooms nearby for a 100$ less. Thumbs down from us to Westin.

We had an issue with initial room given to us and the manager sir kristoff promptly solved our problem and even took care of us. Thank you to all the staff! The rooms are very beautiful and provides great comfort. None

The food choices at the breakfast area were not promptly refilled. There was one piece of sliced bread remaining and the container was never refilled. That was today December 2, 2024. The restaurant bill only honored senior citizen discount only for today. The previous 2 days were not granted senior discounts even though we have not been billed for them yet until check out. The round marble table and the rectangular chair in the room (803) were too heavy to move for more space as needed. Otherwise the room was okay. I also like the way the toilet and shower are separately enclosed.
