Limited tv channels, the drain of the shower was slow to drain which causes a bit of flood in the shower area.

Friendliness of the staff. Especially Hazel and Rachell were wonderful. Al vin at the restaurant was very nice.

Good and safe location. Have convenience stores , restaurants and shopping mall close to hotel. Less facilities in room with 4 stars level. Breakfast in the morning still not complete in every menu for eat even though 6.30. Not convenience for working early in morning.

Comfortable, clean rooms, good internet, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. I had a fantastic stay at Wynwood Hotel, Ortigas. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the front desk team made me feel right at home, accommodating my early check-in request. The room was spotless, well-lit, and beautifully designed with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail—from the crisp linens to the quality toiletries provided. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was a huge plus for both work and streaming. Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot—close to SM mega mall, yet still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Special shoutout to the housekeeping and restaurant teams who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be coming back! The TV was old type, no streaming services, no screen mirroring was possible.

i hope that the hotel kitchen can cater to serve guest who dont consume pork, or muslim or kosher diet. Appreciate it much if there is a section for halal food prepare in the appropriate procedure.

Excellent breakfast Excellent location Staff very nice 18th floor a little bit scary. Hallways lack of lighting..its like we're alone on that floor that anyone can easily rob us..feeling isolated!!just sayin!!

Location is near all major commodities. Has a restaurant and Starbucks. Spacious rooms and clean.

strategic location, competitive price, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean, sound proof, quite, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, pillow and blanket, bathrobe and slippers. I also like the big whole body mirror and essential rack for jewelry and coat. I will definitely stay again if I am coming back around the area. No swimming pool but it's okay I was there to meet friends and shopping.

The rooms have space and are comfortable, very well located for business meetings in Ortigas. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is fair. Bed is comfortable, rooms are silent. Being a regular guest, I have to say that the GYM could be bigger and ideally there could be a pool in the hotel. Otherwise, breakfast could have natural juices.

The staff at the Wynwood Hotel were all extremely warm and friendly. The rooms were well-cared for and the free wifi was fast and reliable. The complimentary breakfast served a varied selection of sweet and savoury dishes. If you are looking to stay in this area of Manila I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Always a great stay The staff are always great! During breakfast Lily stood out this time, however all staff had great mannerism. The parking and at times would be nice to have AC in elevators.
