The location was great for us. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful. Barn door for the bathroom. We shared the room with our daughter and the door never felt completely closed

Like staying there The fact that I paid for this trip through Klarna, and I got charged the full amount of the trip on my card by the hotel by accident and now I’m still paying for the trip through Klarna too!!!! I cannot reach anyone at the actual property and I keep getting the run around. This is ridiculous. I want my money refunded to my card.

Very clean. Close to what we wanted to do. Breakfast the usual hotel stuff Advertised WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there. Also tv was crazy. Couldn’t go to channel had to scroll through entire directory.

The room was very clean. We had to wait a little while for it to be ready, but Fantazia at the front desk is awesome and so friendly and caring. We will stay here for every basketball tournament!
