Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Des Moines West, IA

My family stayed here in 2 rooms over the course of a 4 day weekend stay. This Country Inn and Suites was excellent! The place was clean, well kept, had a great breakfast spread and had all the working amenities as described. The location is just 15 mins outside of Downtown Des Moines and works well for traveling around the area.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in the Des Moines region. The staff I encountered were ridiculously friendly, including the cleaning staff! I didn’t like that I only stayed 1 night! I gladly would have stayed the entire weekend! Obviously this was my own schedule and nothing to do with the hotel.

Very good

We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch area. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast room and a variety of food choices. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Actually I Loved the pillows! I felt the price was reasonable for the nice establishment. I’ve stayed cheaper places but of course those establishments were dated and no complimentary breakfast.

The pool was good for lap swimming and it opened at 5 am so I could have a quiet morning swim.before the kiddos showed up

This hotel was the best.

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and clean. Location was great and the cookies in the lobby is a plus😊 plan on staying here when we are in town in the future

Beautiful on the outside and the inside. Covered porches with seating and blooming flowers are welcoming. Loved the room layout with a fan in the sitting area. Everything was in working order. Extra blankets were readily available in a drawer.

We experienced a comfortable and quiet room during our stay. Check in was easy and quick with friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was good and our daughter enjoyed the pool area.

loved the size of the room, refrigerator and microwave. It was clean and great location to restaurants and shops. The pool was great for the ball team to enjoy. Only complaint was that there was a ball team with older boys that were doing cannonballs into the pool and up on each other's shoulders and really rowdy. We had to have our boys get out till they left. There needed to be someone checking on the pool now and again for safety reasons. Those boys about cracked their head on the side a few times. Overall would stay again

We like the central location. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it had been in the past when we have stayed here. We had to pay extra for it too.
