Quality Inn Atlanta Airport - Central

We did not like anything on this stay. The receptionist was rude and arrogant The receptionist was rude and arrogant. We got stuck in the lift for more than 20 mins. We thought of calling 911 due to suffocation and kids with us. Later luckily with the help of fellow customers we got out of the lift. Instead of making apologies, the receptionist was questioning why we were trying to call 911 as she was trying to get us out. Common have some sense of hospitality.. she can try forever until people will suffer

Looks clean but find out that there were little roaches, i actually stand by one when waking up and the other in the bathroom. It is what it is for the price and location.

Location excellent for airport access, coupled with included airport shuttle pick up/drop off. Was great! Breakfast, was fine - could be enriched by inclusion of fresh fruits and more protein variety choices eg eggs, sausages(beef, pork).. I chose a non-smoking room but I could get smell of smoke on my floor from rooms opposite mine on same floor, maybe a consideration for non-smoking floor in the future

Fast check in Breakfast not like advertised, elevator didn't work in the morning and I was on the 3rd floor and tv remote didn't work

I had booked a 3.night stay but only stayed for 1 night. I couldn't bring myself to sleep there another night. The haleays were

The thing I liked was the bed. It was very comfortable I liked the shuttle service and the breakfast I liked how affordable it was. I had a remote that didn't work and when I called the front desk, there was no answer. I had to come downstairs to get another one that worked but somehow it couldn't change channels. My daughter was in the next room and her TV didn't work at all. Also, there was dirty towels in the bathroom. My daughter had to clean the tub in both rooms.

So glad I booked here! Got stranded in Atlanta due to weather and got a really good rate on one of their rooms. Ms. Paige at the front desk was super nice and accommodating, despite it being 11pm when I checked in. She even waived the deposit for me and called the shuttle guy to make sure he’d be available to pick me up by the time I wanted to leave in the morning for the airport. 10/10 service for sure! And thank you ms. Paige!! :)

Close to the ATL airport, but the airport shuttle stops at 11PM. This should be stated on the booking sites because my flight got in after the shuttle stopped and I had to pay a taxi to the property.
