Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-South

Rating would have been higher but my daughter left her new gift of ear rings on the table when she left. As she was on the airport shuttle she realized it and called the front desk to tell them. She left her information to have them mailed to her home. The hotel and the housekeeping manager never followed up even after three phone calls so they basically stole them. Not cool at all. A place with decent service and honest employees would have returned them.

Great for a one night stay at airport. Dhuttle convenient.

Location. Extended long late into the eveining free airport shuttle. Breakfast was good especially the eggs. Late evening staff Black m ale on checkin was very nice and respectful.

Great hotel but the shuttle from the airport at night is horrible

I bought a turkey salada and took it my room. However, it tasted funny and could not finish it. The following morning I noticed that the label said it expired 5 days earlier. As a consumer, I probably have to check the label but it is not that kiosk had too many items to keep maintain and there were only two salada. They should have keeping track of freshness of their food. During the check out, I mentioned about the expired food and asked for the refund on the salada. The FD took my information including the payment method I used and time of purchase. However, there is no follow up. That was the only complain, however. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Thankfully, I did not get food poisoning from this experience.
