Horrendous. Room reeks of cigarettes and is not clean at all. Would rather sleep outside than in the room.

Smelled like smoke dirty laundry poor quality

The hotel need to be remodeled and they need to spray for bugs.

This hotel was filled with roaches bad Oder damaged toilet bed was filthy holes all in cover and under that one cover is one nasty sheet.they will not give a refund if you book through hotels.com. The pictures are not accurate.Thugs meet you at your door begging for cigarettes it’s a nightmare my money was taken and I never stayed and nothing was done on either end.find another updated place to book hotels.com fail me everytime.

Just plain terrible. Dirty sheets. Room smelled like mj. Bugs, leaky toilet. You get what you pay for.

My room wasn't clean properly and no fridge

For the price you pay for what you get. Bugs (NOT ROACHES) but brown bugs were hopping out the tub. Towels were stained really bad. There is nothing special about this hotel/motel. We couldn’t find the remote for two different rooms.

Wasn’t even able to stay in the room wasn’t decent living conditions! Sheets had burn holes. Furniture and ac were broken. There was bugs gave flea vibes! Still waiting for a refund and I purchased room insurance! Worse hour of my life and most of that was waiting for an associate to come and assist! Absolutely horrible experience made me late to my business event I drove 13 hours to get to! Tried to call and see if I could check in early so I wouldn’t have that problem but of course when I called I was just left on hold and not the hold button just left the phone on the counter!

Furniture old and rundown, bedsheets and pillowcases dirty or stained, I ended up sleeping fully dressed on my bed with T-shirts on top of the pillows. Air conditioning worked really well and stuff was amazing I guess you get what you pay for it was very inexpensive so there were a lot of parties going on outside in the parking lot loud music

Dirty, smelled like cigarettes, tried to get another and coyld not get one, did not give me one. Dirty, dirty, dirty, stinks, smells, gross

How close it was to the airport as I was there to pick up family. I didn’t like the fact that the pictures did not match the room. It’s outdated filthy, and I was offered an array of illegal substances upon check-in, not from staff, but from guests, it was the most low quality discussing room I’ve ever seen.
