Was placed on a floor that appeared to be a storage area for extra furniture, room lock was tampered with and the looks received gave me an uneasy feeling. Ended up leaving and paid for another hotel. Will NEVER EVER stay at that Hotel again!💯

Definitely not staying there again.

I would not recommend this property to anybody terrible smell. Everything was dirty. Very disgusting.

The hotel is older. Elevator was very slow. parking lot was sketchy with vehicles with no tires / broken windows. The room was cleaned but dingy looking and small. The sink area was very small, difficult to manage toiletries in small space. Window opened to behind hotel with broken chairs, dumpster. Room was quiet. Breakfast was cereal and waffles. Staff was nice. Check in was quick.

Clean well maintained easy stay, courteous staff.

Great place to stay.

Not the best but not the worst. The pictures are not the same as what was on the website. The elevator was a little sketchy with the button panel being held up by scotch tape and it was very dirty. However, when we got to the room it was very nice and clean. Had a little trouble with flushing the toilet but staff helped There is a guide in the room but the tv channels didn’t match what was in the book. The bed was super comfortable and I got a great nights’ sleep. Breakfast was okay, I at least got a waffle. But there really wasn’t much else to eat and there was no decaf coffee. There was no coffee pot in the room and the microwave was super difficult to open and come to find out there was rust on the inside of the microwave.

We stayed in room 115 The AC was clogged didn’t work on top of that. There was like an inch of like dirt inside the coffee pot. There was black. It look like like goo all around the lights. It was just disgusting. The door was like broken and like rusted in with mildew at the bottom it was just bad. It was so bad down on top of that our microwave look like it had been blown up inside and there was rust in like nasty. You couldn’t even use it, and I had said something to them about fixing it, and they never came and fixed it and they told us to get out and leave horrible place

Room was clean. Everything worked as intended although the TV had a glitch which I initially thought was a blown speaker. Turned out to be a wiring/connection issue. Staff addressed the issue, but it occurred two more times and required fiddling with the wires by myself both times. It's obvious there are long-term residents, and abandoned vehicles in the lot. If all you require is a good night's sleep for low cost, it is adequate. Was allowed to bring my bike inside. Location close to several fast food joints, Walmart, and other shopping. Not far from highway, but far enough to not be able to hear it. May stay again, may look for slightly nicer accommodation.

There are broken down vehicles in the parking lot and when the check in staff found out we booked via Hotels.com they immediately were unpleasant and aggressively declined to help my sister with an early check out, 4 days instead of 5. They adamantly said that we should have booked with them directly in order for early check out to happen. I made the reservations for 2 rooms and when my sister couldn't stay 5 days, I contacted Hotels.com and they advised us it wasn't a big deal, to say early check out when we got in. I will follow up with H.com, of course but there wasn't a reason to berate us for not booking with them directly; it's their decision to do business with Hotels.com. The place, rooms were quiet and the beds in both rooms were good. Cleaning product smell is an issue, possibly because we found out they allow up to 3 pets per room, the cleaning products are so liberally used that it is completely over powering. Turn all fans on high at all times to mitigate. It's likely the carpets in the hallways and steps need to be replaced. The same overpowering cleanser is used throughout the building.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable, very nice stay.

When we arrived around midnight, the room was not properly equipped. There were only two pillows available for our family, insufficient towels, and no iron, even though an ironing board was in the room. Each time we requested basic items, the front desk asked us to come down from the third floor to pick them up ourselves rather than delivering them. The room layout was also inconvenient. The sink was located inside the main room instead of the bathroom, so turning on the light at the sink disturbed everyone trying to sleep. The service was disappointing. Peter and the manager, Jimmy, were both rude and unhelpful when addressing our concerns. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. I would not recommend this Econo Lodge location. Travelers should consider a more reliable brand and a better-maintained property. I intend to contact the corporate office and CEO's office during business hours to formally share my experience.

Tried checking in at 10:35pm I was told they were having problems with Expedia, and didn’t have my reservation, even after presenting my confirmation. Of course they were booked. Told me I need to call Expedia for refund, and made no other effort for me to find a room on a very busy night with many of the surrounding hotels full.

Avoid. Bed was comfy and the water pressure was decent but.....that's about it. The AC was very loud and didn't work very well, the room was falling apart. A nightstand with lamp on each side, and one didn't even have an outlet to plug into anywhere lol. The "breakfast" was the worst I had ever seen at a hotel....at 0845 out of milk, out of butter, out of syrup, barely any batter for waffles and cheap/flavorless. Just white bread, a bowl of grape jelly, some generic brownie bites and a toaster. Literally that's all. There for 15 minutes and no one came to refill anything. Why advertise "Breakfast included". Whatever you paid, you will probably feel you overpaid.

This place is ill kept. Hair dryer gave shocks when trying to plug in. Tissue slot empty. The room had no charging ports and no convenient outlets. Coffee maker jammed with supples but in several pieces. Spend a few more dollars. Other reviews are misleading

Location, open area across the street to walk my dog Jets flying overhead very loud. Breakfast hot waffles but nothing else warm for breakfast.

Comfortable room, quiet hotel, early breakfast start. When I came into room my window was open, no screen. Definitely a safety issue, there could have been someone waiting in the clothes cabinet in the room for me. Not good when you are traveling alone! Need more than two towels, and thicker towels. Chairs in breakfast area were spotted/dirty, they need to be cleaned or tossed out. Breakfast was all sugar/carbs-No Peanut butter for toast, no yogurt/protein bars, eggs. Maybe provide only coffee-and Tea! Some people prefer Tea.
