When we got there after our drive the employee was rude and gave us the wrong key room.
-
Pool was so cloudy, kids couldnt see their pool toys at the bottom. Stayed 7 days... hotel did not service the room once despite multiple requests...told they did not have any cleaning staff. Grossly stained carpets. Awoken day 5 at 4 am by critter running just above the ceiling tiles... not sure if it was a rat or squirrel. Decent breakfast each morning... but the place is getting rundown. Doubtful Ill be back. Very annoyed I could not have my room cleaned at least every couple days.

The hotel is showing it age and needs a face lift and updating. Elevator walls were damaged and needs repair.

Sadly we will not return to this hotel and will steer friends & family away as well ☹️

Not what we expected. The hotel badly needs a remodel, not like the photos. Appears to be living off of nostalgia of some connection to the Academy. If you are looking for that, go to the Polaris. Other newer hotels in this price range right near it. For breakfast, they actually hand you a paper plate like they feel people will overindulge, and the food does not seem to be replenished after it runs out. Cannot recommend.

Didn’t use it

A bit older, could stand some upgrades/remodeling…but overall a wonderful stay!
-
Clean room. Dated and needs some renovations. Quiet. Skip breakfast. 1.5 left in breakfast and there was nothing left on the hot food, a lime 15 deep for omelets, no milk fir cereal. Weird having ppl living in the parking lot. Did not feel safe.
-
The shower was defective. It would get cold, then very hot, then back to cold again. There is now a charge for omelet's, which was disappointing. The room was clean however, and the gym had a nice selection of weights.
-
The room was clean but we reserved a 2 bed room with a couch because we have 3 kids and they just shrugged and gave us a room with two beds. They said they’d bring a cot but never did. 6 hours later they eventually brought a pillow and blanket. The pool was a weird color and cloudy. The breakfast service was grossly understaffed and under replenished and extremely disappointing. And overall the hotel is dated and the staff seem overwhelmed.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed, everything about this place should be reported to the health department. False advised , ac doesn’t work and staff is rude and promises to fix the issues but never did
-
Probably won’t stay here ag
-
The AC didn’t work. It was set at 62. and was probably 75 the whole time. The bathroom sink does not drain. Probably hair and everything else. Room #328. Replacing the AC unit would be recommended
-
Very dirty. It needs to be renovate.

Having stayed there several times, was disappointed that the breakfast doesn‘t include an omelette any longer, which now has to be purchased separately. Also, no more to go coffee. Also, no regular room service, which now has to be requested the night before.

The staff was so so good! There just wasn’t enough of them. We waited two hours to get food at the restaurant. There was one sweet lady trying to do it all. We got the food and some was cold, some was inedible. The burgers and fries were great though. At breakfast we couldn’t get an omelette because there was no one to cook it until after we were done eating our food.

It was a neat layout. The area is right near a Walmart and plenty of food I ly 30mins from the Springs airport. The building is older but well maintained. I didn't really have any issues with it. It has a very relaxed environment.

When we arrived to the property for check in; they didn't have the room we booked available. We had to settle for a room that accommodate pets. Not a huge deal. This property looks appealing when you walk in. The breakfast was not a good experience. Everything that was served was gone and it took a long time to get it refilled. I only saw one wait staff member around and she never bothered to come to our table.
