The air conditioner was extremely loud . I did sleep much that night. The carpet was that fresh in the room.

The front lobby was under construction so there were two fold out tables in a hallway but no signage to say what it was. When I asked where the front desk was the person said “I am the front desk”. Construction closed down the pool area. I booked this hotel for the pool and there was no warning prior to arrival that the pool was closed. My room was also right over the construction so as I was trying to relax in my room and read a book(because I couldn’t sit at the pool and do that) all I heard was vibrating noise. Management was supposed to call (which they did when I was out of my room) but when I said they could text or call my cell I never heard from them. Just not a good experience from beginning to end. I will be back in this area many times in the next few year but will not stay at this Hilton.

We were terribly disappointed in several things. First of all, it would have been Nice to know that there was no lobby (renovations)! You checked in in the hallway. The second thing was that the pool closed for renovations too! No signage anywhere, like pardon us while we renovate.... Nothing! It was an anniversary stay! I am disappointed that Expedia didn't notify me either! I will writing a letter to the general manager asking for a resolution to our disappointment. I always booked through Expedia. I am second guessing myself as to why I should continue to be loyal. The problem is, I'm just one person and this will most likely be ignored. But, word of mouth does carry weight... 🤔

Didn’t know it was undergoing renovations. New valet fee is a lot more expensive.

Signage was confusing due to construction.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Lobby renovation was a slight inconvenience.

The bed was very uncomfortable very lumpy

It's was within walking distance of pretty much everything stay and service was excellent.desk was exceptional.

Conditioner bottle was empty and the pillows were way too soft, but that's personal preference, I like mine firm

Front desk person when we checked in was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet wasn't great. Some of the meat like the sausage was lukewarm at best and some of them were cold. Also we weren't given the option to order off the menu and get an omelet like the table next to us.

that includes the bathroom. The pictured suite online is bright and spacious not like the actual room 432.

They should at least have coffee available in the mornings. It was provided at one time - but now they have a sign up that the machine is out of order - which it has been for over year now.

Helpful staff, mediocre breakfast options.

I THINK IT WAS RIDICULIOUS THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING THE HOTEL GARAGE AND THERE WAS NO SNACKS
