I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and friendly the property was clean, the rooms was fresh. I can smell clean. It was right to have a little restaurant in the hotel so if you didn't want to go out food was available for you. I recommend this hotel a lot.

The room was clean but the shower didn’t get very hot & had low pressure.

The bathroom pool was so dirty. Toilet was nasty. There was a feline pad in the floor.

The staff was all extremely friendly and professional from housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant/bar. The room seemed very damp. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and I think that contributed to the dampness. This was really my only disappointment.

The only thing I wasn’t used to were the amount of dogs present. Like I literally thought it was a dog convention going on in town until someone explained to me about accepting service dogs and the law not making you prove that that’s what they’re for. I guess that’s been my 1st time seeing so many. I was also wondering if housekeeping no longer comes in the 2nd day to get trash or bring new towels but overall my stay was ok.

Front desk staff was abrasive when we walked in about a half hour before check in time. The lobby area and restroom on the main level were dirty. Charges $20 for an unimpressive breakfast buffet.

Requested extra pillows, they were never delivered. Bed was uncomfortable. Overall the place was clean.

Easily made a reservation online while traveling. Hotel was bright, clean and welcoming! The only negative comment would be about the pillows. Absolutely need replaced!

My first experience staying here, I had issues with the room. But the staff was so helpful that I gave it a second chance. I’m glad that I did. I didn’t have any issues the second time around. And the staff was super friendly. Especially our front desk greeter (I think his name was Eric).
