It’s a clean place, staff was very respectful and nice, the location is good.

Yes the breakfast was fresh. And yes the air conditioning kept us cool.

Friendly staff and good hotel for short stop

It was adequate and fair price. It was near 75N. It had a breakfast room. The elevator was of huge assistance to the four of us as 3 have mobility issues. We chose this location fron the star rating as it had 4 stars on booking.com. I personally didn't feel it was 4 star quality but more a 3 star. It was clean as far as I could tell. We got in at 10:30 pm so we didn't see the place in daylight but seemed ok.

I was impressed with the continental breakfast. The lady that was in charge of that her name was Ellen and she was right there helping me make a waffle. She was great at her job and very clean kept up. The tables were all clean.

The beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice. The size of the size of the room was good and it was a good value for the price. The room was a little dated and needed a dehumidifier.

Great staff. Clean property. Breakfast was dismal...few choices, only hot option was a waffle.

This is the fourth time we have stated this hotel in the last month or so. Every time, regardless of which room we were in, the toilet behaves like there is a clog. Contacting the front desk, they have come with a plunger, but it really doesn’t seem to help the situation much. There must be a building-wide issue. Also, every time we have been at this hotel, the coffee at breakfast is very weak and the ice machine is a disappointment. When you push the button, it takes close to two minutes before one or two ice cubes are provided. There’s a sign on the machine about not filling coolers, but there isn’t enough ice to fill a cup. On a positive note, on this particular day at check-in, we were greeted by Beth, who was very nice and offered to extend our checkout to noon, which we really appreciated because we arrived at nearly 1am. She helped us get our two luggage carts onto the elevator, and also helped return them when I brought them both back down to the lobby.

I like the location and it’s around restaurants. The lady that checked me in was rude. She had an attitude and just seemed to be miserable. The last time I had stayed there back in April the guy checking me in was the kindest man. He was so sweet and welcoming.

Clean friendly quick check in

Room was clean and pleasant. Staff at the check in desk was helpful and gave us information that was needed to have a good visit. Breakfast was on time and ready for guests. Check out was quick and deposit was returned quickly. Would definitely stay here again
