Best Western Conway

It is older and musty and smelled like they were just trying to really cover up things you know, but didn't smell bad. One of the main things with me is I better not see a problem with bugs and I really didn't see one, but I did see a small spider in the bathroom so I captured and released it :-). What I stay here again? Yes but I'll have to be at this same low price at around 70-$80, that's what it's worth and that's what I expected and that's what I got. It was really quiet in the area and the walls kept the noise White down so that was really nice, didn't really hear anybody upstairs, not sure if there was anybody but didn't hear anything. Staff lady was very helpful and made things go pretty quick when I came in late at night. One thing that I really didn't like though was that the floors just seemed like they had tons of humidity in them and the carpet just seemed a little damp or something and the tile in the bathroom shower area seemed a little musty and damp and also a little sticky so that kind of gave me the heebie-jeebies but once again for as cheap as I got it, I can put up with it. It is in a great area close to everything and only took me about 10 minutes to get to the other side of town. I would stay here again at the cheap price :-)

Someone had filled the hot tub in with concrete. The pool was out of service, half empty, Green and had a dead raccoon floating around in it. there was a homeless guy running around the parking lot, but otherwise the staff was very friendly and the property was pretty clean.

Room was hot when we entered, and it took a long time to cool down. Beds and sheets clean but average quality. Sheets a bit rough and had that mass laundry smell. Not bad but musty. Mattress was fair. My husband was not comfortable. Should be "Good" not very good.

the car lot next door was well lit and the curtains do not provide good coverage the AC blows them and the the light comes through Not real quiet right next to the highway but also very convenient nd t to the e highway

The hotel was nice, especially for an older style hotel. Needs some outside paint and touchup, but the room was clean and comfortable. Located close to several good places to eat, and pretty easy access.

Did not eat there. Location in the city was good —access was not. Did not eat there. Access was tedious due to traffic directly at the entry/exit of the main highway with only one driveway for access with no rear property access to maneuver to side streets for accessing traffic control lights. Also the sink water faucet sprayed - no controlling it. Also the toilet seat was off center and needing it’s position moved.

I would not recommend staying on the bottom level of the hotel if possible. Noises from the rooms above is very noticeable.
