Beds and pillows are extra soft. Prepare for back pain. For a hotel this size, the pool is tiny.

The staff was nice, but we had to call everyday to get clean towels, coffee, cups, etc. Upon l check in it was stated they clean every other day and if we need anything to call. That did not happen. Finally got someone to come clean on Saturday (4 days after check in) after several calls. After she left the bathroom stunk so bad of mildew. Not a pleasant smell you want especially trying to get ready for a wedding.

Front desk staff friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was near shopping and Conway expo center. The carpet in the hallways was filthy! The odor in the hallway was terrible. I would expect better for 180.00 pet night.

Hotel was under remodel. The pool was unavailable in hotel; however, we could use hotel pool next door. My room was not cleaned properly; however, staff were attentive and took immediate action on cleaning it. The breakfast was wonderful and staff were friendly. Once remodeled, I am sure that this will be a much better experience for guests.

I understand the updating so I am very much hoping mattress, top blanket/coverlet will be replaced (and ALL the pillows ) The staff was Extremely nice- helpful. Breakfast was good. 😊 Staff helpful and friendly there, also.

The room was okay but not impressive at all it worked.

Breakfast was mediocre. Housekeeping knocked on the door 3 to 4 times the morning we were to check out, almost as if to rush us to check out.

when arrived our room air was not working, so we were moved to another room. Room did not seem cleaned but assumed was due to the renovation. Gentleman at front desk was not helpful.

Pool and laundry room were both broken and I literally booked this hotel for these two items. Since booking through Expedia the staff would note provide me compensation for their garbage facility.
