The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.

I was in Omaha for a brief overnight before an early morning flight. The staff at check-in and dining area were friendly, efficient and professional. My stay was exactly what I had hoped!

Had to keep fixing the toilet chain. Wouldn’t flush or kept running. Also disappointed no spa.

Booked a hotel expecting a hot tub. No hot tub they took it out and cemented over it. Nowhere in in the description did they say that had been removed

Only thing missing was a hot tub but the rest of the place compensated for that. So nice to have a bar/restaurant on site with delicious food and reasonable prices for dinner.
