Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!

This hotel was our home away from home while my kid was at iowa western also have a discount for iowa western parents and students.

Lovely place, very clean and quiet.

Nice and quiet area with kind and helpful staff. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Staff did not allow me to check out early only 2 hours past late checkout due to a snowstorm moving through. I was getting out ahead of it to travel safely and they would not budge and made me pay for the night I didn’t use. Highly disappointed that they wouldn’t make an exception due to weather being the reason. I probably won’t go back just for that reason alone. They also made it seem like it was partially due to the fact that I used booking.com and so even if they wanted to bypass the “rule” they couldn’t because I had booked through a 3rd party. Very disappointing!

Evening check in gentleman very friendly, helpful, dinner suggestions , coupons for free appetizers. Breakfast cook/attendant Excellent, kept breakfast filled !!! Morning Desk before 7am lady, Frumpy! Room very clean, fresh! Hot tub out of order, open but cold. Pool kids enjoyed a lot.

Great staff, breakfast was good, very clean

The week we were there, Breakfast was always good. Staff continually kept it stocked and clean. Room was amazing. Hot tub was not working but staff was doing the best they could while waiting on the part needed. Had a couple of concerns that were addressed to my satisfaction. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, was very clean, breakfast was good and the children loved the pool. Sadly the hot tub was broke, but would highly recommend this hotel. Felt safe being a Mom with two young kids.

Clean facility and convenient location

Hotel was clean, room was great, staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was yummy. Hot Tub was broken that was the only down fall to our stay.

Staff is horrible and contradict themselves. They clearly do not communicate within management. You're better off going somewhere else.

This room was absolutely perfect. Big and spacious, the jetted tub was so lovely. Breakfast was also a wide selection and delicious. I never thought about vacationing in Omaha until I went to the comedy show I stayed here for, but now I'm inclined to come back just to relax in this hotel! 11/10!

The front desk lady at night was rude. I stood there for awhile and then knocked on the desk. She comes out from behind the desk and was rude. She said” you know we can see you on the camera” well ok then, come to the desk then and help. I asked for a couple extra towels and she then was even more rude and said I’m folding them now. Goes gets them then hands them to me saying “ this will be it for the night” As the lobby smells like pot- I suggested maybe smoking that outside and she rolled her eyes and walked away. This was TERRIBLE. Never had a from desk person for customers Service so poor. Other than the pot smelling the lobby where families were sitting and the rude front desk the stay was nice.

The room was perfect, The hot tub was so awesome. Staff was very pleasant. Our bed was amazing. The breakfast was the best, though. So many choices and cinnabon!!! We will be back.
