Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Council Bluffs/Omaha

Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent.

The place needed to be cleaned much better

The room was so tiny - almost impossible for 2 people to navigate. Also, no refrigerator in room - now days, that’s not acceptable. Sheets had a pretty disgusting stain - don’t know what it was, and probably don’t want to know. We won’t stay here again.

The staff was friendly and did a great job keeping the hotel clean throughout our stay. The only downside was that the walls seemed fairly thin. We could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms, and the sound of doors slamming shut was noticeable whenever guests came and went. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast was well stocked and the location was convenient to drive to the Omaha attractions.

The staff were friendly and responded in a timley manner when we called to get help. The pool was closed because they did not have the right phone levels or something like that. This was unfortunate because that it the one thing my kids look forward to when staying at a motel. Also the we had to get help getting the TVs working in the rooms. It would have been nice that the gave notice the pool was not open before we booked. It put a real damper on our stay.

The room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in, the staff was great, the breakfast was well stocked and had a great variety, and the pool was clean and a good temp. The staff were always ready to help with any request, and my family enjoyed the room and modern amenities.

There was noticeable debris and dirt in the corners, and some areas of the property are beginning to show their age and would benefit from updates and maintenance.” also the pool could use a good cleaning.

Exceptional

Breakfast was decent. Room was clean.

I checked in online, staff was very helpful. I didn't have any breakfast because I'm on a strict diet. Closer to the IMAX, easy highway access.
