Location of this hotel is great. Close to the beach, shops, and many food option for meals. The apartments are spacious, bed was comfortable, aircon worked well. Beware of slippery floors, as many were not drying off properly from the pool and elevators floors, and were often wet and slippery.

The staff are so kind and helpful. Ann at the reception is providing great service to guests. The location is exceptional, everything is below the hotel. All was good. Value for money.

Great staff, awesome breakfast Buffett which changed daily and perfect location to beach (2 min walk) and main food/bar area ( 2 min walk). Also a very nice roof top pool. Nothing, everything was fantastic.

The room is spacious, and we have a view of the sea from the window, even if it's just a side view. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and all the staff were incredibly kind, providing excellent service. The karaoke next to the hotel can get loud, but luckily, it usually quiets down at around 10 PM. Sometimes, we can smell cigarette smoke coming through the AC.

The most amazing place as well as staff. Very quick checkinn as well as checkout. The place is centrally located with hundreds of bars and resturants nearby. Walking distance to the beach and beach bars. The most amazing time I had in vietnam. THANKS Noting

Perfect Location. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a 65m sq one bedroom apartment which was perfect for a long stay. -

The breakfast was very good in choices and presentation. the location was excellent. I wish a hand rail permanently attached to the front entrance stairway so that people with walking difficulties could hold onto a secure support as we walk up the stairway. This hand rail could be on the left or right of the stairway and firmly bolted to the wall at the top, the first step is a good bolting spot for the bottom fixing.

The location was just outside of the busy part of the beach with a great precinct. Breakfasts were very good ... not a big range of food, but what they did have was good. Had to pay for a new pillow case. Insects/bugs coming out of the ceiling. Failed to do anything about the insects. Floor drains in the bathroom were clogged and remained clogged. They failed to respond to our reported faults. Air conditioner was temperamental .. wouldn't maintain steady temperature. The advertised features for the hotel are false/misleading ... no functioning rooftop bar, no cushions on deck chairs, ICED up bar fridge (was still not fixed when we left), floors always felt gritty. No hot during the night/early morning hours.

The staff members were all lovely and tried their best to help improve our stay. When we advised them of our concerns, they offered an upgraded room (to a room with one double bed when we were in a two bed room) and gave a small gift of fruit and bread. When we arrived there were a number of concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The wall next to the bed had something splashed up it and had marks everywhere. There were stained towels, sheets and the bathroom flooded due to clogged drains.

We loved our 2 night stay in this property The rooftop pool has amazing sea views, it is in a super central location with an endless supply of cafes, restaurants and bars right outside the door. The staff were always friendly and the property overall was super quiet. Nothing
