You get what you pay for: a clean room, a decent location, attractive design, and most importantly, breakfast included. Because of the design of the common corridor, all the doors open into square rooms, and when someone enters the Hall from the elevator or closes a door, the noise is heard right above your head, making it quite difficult to sleep.

Comfortable and clean

Nothing. That's a terrible hotel that canceled the reservation for no reason when the tourists arrived in violation of Booking rules. Booking should remove it from its list. That's a terrible hotel that canceled the reservation for no reason when the tourists arrived, in violation of Booking rules. Booking should remove it from its list. The stay was booked by the credit card for my friend, clearly in accordance with the Booking rules. It was confirmed, and the card was accepted. When the guest arrived (late at night, after a very long flight), they refused to provide the booked room, claiming that the guest did not have the physical card! After that, they canceled it, claiming "invalid card," which is ridiculous. And claimed (wrongly) that Booking has canceled that and not them. The guest had to urgently find another hotel, which was challenging.

Good location, friendly staff. Nice pool & rooftop. Large & comfortable room. Luggage storage. Horrible WiFi. Limited services overall. Rooftop bar not open.

Location and staff service None

The only thing I can really complain about was the overall cleanliness of the room, and I had a ant colony living with me :D very tiny ants but they were all over the wall, table and some in bed, not a deal breaker for me but thought I should mention it.

The rooms are paper thin. We can hear outside and the people next to us very clearly. My friend had difficulty sleeping due to the noise.

Swimming pool was not operational during the entire stay

The hotel is located a few minutes walking distance from the awesome My An and My Khe beaches, so hitting the waves is super easy. There are several restaurants within walking distance, some of which are open till late at night, providing good dining options. The hotel itself is neat and clean. The window in my room provided a view of the sea, which added to the charm. The breakfast menu needs to be expanded. Right now it is pretty much focussed on the Vietnamese cuisine, which is great, but having additional options won't hurt!

I had a pleasant stay at the property. Kudos to the security person / guard and the property for going above and beyond in making sure travelers had a comfortable stay. Property was clean and rooms were kept neat. Would visit again, Reception staff was kind of cold in handling checking and checkout process. could use some hospitality training on how to deal with travelers in more empathetic way.

The hotel has a good swimming pool and most staff serve the hotel humbly. When i checked-out, the bright receptionist(english and korean speaking clerk) and door-man staff was very polite and respectful. Just a small remark that brightened our trip. Despite the price increase, i would definitely return on my next trip. Very safe and clean, with polite staff in general. Well focused with immediate attention. Flexibility can be ameliorated. I would prefer seeing more vietnamese family travelers rather than some nationalities (no disrespect). Sunbeds at the swimming pool are meant to be used by customers actually swimming. You can’t just go there anticipating your bus group tour buddies to come, and pre-occupy all the sunbeds and all the tables and chairs. Such atmosphere can make it very unpleasant to some people. It’s not the hotel’s fault and guests should be less ignorant. One other small remark is: the hotel seems to provide rooms on a Run-of-House basis. If so, a ROH rate should be offered, like in many hotels abroad.

Practical location near everything. Larger swimming pool compared to similarly priced hotels. Exceptionally good tasty omelette (thanks to the lady chef). Special thanks to the receptionists who helped me find a place to fix my phone. (Especially the very pleasant and intuitively intelligent clerk, standing next to the smart-smile good-english-prononciation clerk). The hotel is getting busier and the staff seem to be over-worked. Thus didn’t see any sincere smiles. Most seemed stressed with stiff appearances. Although i had been upgraded to a larger room, holiday flexibility is not to be expected. If hotel had a ROH, i would go with that. Early check-in or late check-out should be given 2nd thoughts by visitors.

Bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. Also the room was very clean, although I had a mosquito in my room, even though the window was always closed. I didn't have that in other hotels. When I had booked the room, I received several emails from the hotel. They asked when I will check in. As I didn't know my arrival time yet, I did not answer. This resulted in getting more emails. Then I replied, that I don't know my arrival time and I was very irritated. I asked them if the reception will be unoccupied, or why they need to know my exact arrival time. They said the reception is always occupied. On the day of my check in, I wanted to check in at 2pm. But the room was not even ready by that time. :( Then check out, I had paid at the check in and therefore handed over the room card and wanted to leave. The receptionist told me, I have to wait until they have checked my room. Which is where I come from (Europe), not common. You should tell the customers this, when they check in, because then they would know. If I had known, then I would have checked out and then gone and eaten breakfast after the check out. Breakfast was a buffet, but it was extremely hard to tell the ingredients. As it wasn't labelled with the allergen signs. That would be a suggestion to the hotel, to labelled the allergens. So I only ate fruits and drunk coffee to be safe.
