La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas I-35 Walnut Hill Ln

I was there to have medical procedure. I was. It allowed to cancel to move to another room. I couldn’t afford to pay twice so we had to stay. Tub would not drain after shower. Very dangerous and disgusting. Comforter was disgusting so many stains and some that would have washed out if washed! Ac barely kept cool so I purchased a fan. Internet barely worked tv buffered. I will make sure I never make mistake again. Baseboards were falling off. Flooring in hall past lobby coming up and bubbled.

The room stank like poop because some one left a gift in the toilet and dried boogers on head board. We got another room. The property looks unkempt in some areas and in a shady part of town. Crime Radar app showed some happenings in the nightclubs just as you exit the hotel parking lot. Room was not cool enough with ac on. Wasn't worth the $325+$100 deposit we paid

The property smelled of weed from the front door all the way to the second floor elevator. Our sheets were dirty we had to change rooms. They let me check in a hour early

Well let me start by saying this property is in an area that's very sketchy it seems like this homeless people living on a porch outside then I got to the room and the TV didn't work I called to the front desk they said they were going to send somebody up I waited an hour nobody ever showed up I tried calling back down to the desk three different times and they went into the phone then when I decide to pull the blankets and go underneath the covers I noticed that the seat was ripped they were stains on it looked like somebody just had made the bed from the previous stay I decided to get back to my clothes and sleep on top of the covers I tried to take a shower the next morning and of course when I got into the shower there was no soap no shampoo and a management doesn't really care what happens here do yourself a favor stay away from this place it's probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in

We stayed here for 3 nights during our family vacation with my husband, our toddler, and our infant, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. A perfect place for families traveling with young children. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended. 😊

Exceptional

We were told 2 days in a row that everything would be taken care of, then they just shrugged us off when we asked why nothing was done. Breakfast was less than expected, but edible. The cleaning staff and breakfast servers were polite and professional. The A/C was ok we had to leave ours on high fan and at like 70 degrees.

The surrounding area looks scary, the smell inside smells terrible, also other people in the hotel were drunk and screaming all night when I need to sleep and get to my training the next day. My hotel room was not clean for the two days that I was there and trash was in my room until I checked out.

Nothing they had bugs everywhere. The place was not clean

Nice clean place. I booked through hotels.com and they didn’t have the two queens like I booked but we made it work with a king and a couch.

I didn’t stay the full night. I checked out early. The guy at the front desk was unfriendly. He refused to use my preferred method of payment because I did not have the physical card on me. He told me I could leave the hotel.

We chose the hotel because we have always liked LaQuinta comforters and pillows and we wanted an outdoor pool... The bedding was different and the pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was out of half of the stuff available!

Breakfast is always the same, my room was only cleaned once in five nights, and I could go on...

no pool was told it would be ready and breakfast ran out of main food not sausage no waffel low on staff they tried their best still corporate fault no manager in site for 3 days very sad wont come back

The property was a good location. The bed in the room seems like it was going to break down.
