Sleep Inn Dallas Northwest - Irving

He got us checked in and sent us to our room which was supposed to have 2 queen beds but it had not even been cleaned yet. This was 5:00 p.m. and we could have checked in as early as 3:00 and it still wasnt ready. Then they gave us another room with 2 double beds and since we paid ahead of time, which was required, we did not get any kind of refund or offered anything for our troubles. They also wanted a $50 dollar deposit when we got there, all other hotels we went to it was only 15 to 25 and since we had to pay ahead of time why was that not charged as well. We didn't bother with breakfast, none of us could sleep that well on their hard beds. Best thing about it was the smell of the lotion and that the AC worked well.

The bathroom was disgusting. It was broken and dirty tile in the shower. Pile up dirt and nastiness in the corners of the bathroom. It was no way I was tanking a shower there. Toilet had stains in it. The corners in the room were so dirty, it was piled up and another color from the carpet. This walls were thin, I can hear everyone on the floor. And lastly the tv didn’t work. It was late when I came in, so I just sleep in my clothes on top on the cover and left soon as I woke up. Definitely didn’t want breakfast there.

The place seemed very clean upon arrival. The only complaint I have is one the fire alarm went off and they seem to not be aware that the alarm was going off in my room until I went down to the lobby and made them aware too. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on the table between beds.

Plenty of parking, clean room

Staff are friendly and very professional. The gym could use some attention. One of the two elevators was out of service but the other one was pretty quick. It appears to be a plumbing issue in the front of the building, I noticed during my 7 day stay that there's was stagnant water near the entry door. Overall a positive experience.

I was showering with a wipers Nozzle, beds wasn’t comfy .. I would want compensation from hotels.com

Clean room and friendly staff.

Nice place to stay. Near Korean markets and restaurants. Very clean. Breakfast is not all that but sufficient.

Good service and room clean and good location

The worst experience. Some guests behave inappropriately, making it uncomfortable and unsafe for others. Staff are rarely at the front desk and never offer help. Management did not address my concerns or take responsibility. Room smelled like basement and plug-in connectors had tape on them. Terrible experience.

It was close to everywhere I wanted to go. Breakfast was not worth it. They served the same food every morning.

It was close by the highway No Pool but got a workout in the gym

I travel from San antonio every six months and this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and the services is great the place always smells and looks clean. The rooms are beautiful and service is great. I definitely recommend staying here and will be sure to return every visit.

Far from most things. Not very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bagel with cream cheese was the only good thing at breakfast.

I want a full amount $163.16 reimbursement. Sleep inn check-in time was 3:30. I went into the room and put down my bag and tried to connect to the Internet, but I couldn't connect. You can't do business without the Internet. The front desk manager says that wireless internet is not a system problem. After trying to connect for about an hour, I went to another nearby hotel because of the manager's introduction. Manager said hotel deposit came out because you don't have to worry because it's confirmed if get a call from Hotel.com. The next day, took 163.16 from my credit card. The cleanliness I have no complaints

The room was clean and very comfortable the staff was really nice and helpful.the plus the breakfast was a plus to the reservation
