Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown

Was a great location. We didn't use any of the amenities, but were happy to be right in the middle of downtown

Clean room. Could definitely use updating. Tiles in the bathroom floor are loose and coming up. Great for a simple stay.

Staff was so kind and helpful, as were the valet. Lovely room and view!

Beautiful old hotel. Valet parking was quick and easy. Let us check in early since the room was ready. Free coffee in the lobby. Our room was on the 20th floor and the large windows had a nice view of the city. Good size room and affordable for downtown. Love the large tub/shower. Bedspread looked a little worn and toilet didn't flush well but those were the only complaints I had. Very walkable area. We never had to get the car. Walked to the art museums, restaurants/bars, and shopping, including at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Good size rooms and a very good location in central downtown Dallas It has a nice cafe attached to the building on the ground floor

It was Very outdated , very old and dusty STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION ‼️ I did not stay I had to rebook at a new hotel

It is confusing to find parking if you are not using valet but everything was amazing

Even though we stayed there just for a night, the staff allowed to check in early and were very friendly. The location was perfect with restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Very hostile front desk staff. I was asking a question. All her answer was: look for the answer in the sheet I gave you. If you choose to stay here, that mean you're just dumb.

Avoid this place!! The BEST thing about it is location, past that...NOOOO!!! No restaurant, dingy and dated decor and rooms...even the towels/linen are "ancient." The room are not well maintained. My TV didn't work (waited 15 min on the phone for operator/front desk) and finally had to go to front desk to get maintenance. The next day no one came to clean the room (Even though I requested it in time)! Got in the elevator and two different elevators were absolutely filthy - someone had spilled something (or worse), the floors were nasty. YUK!! I could understand if this place had a two-star hotel rating, the 4-star is definitely deceptive. I don't usually slam a place so hard, but this one is a NEVER AGAIN!!!

Management was terrible, the front desk check in guy was rude, dry. Ashley the other check in person was great. Had to switch rooms twice because the A/C doesn't get cold. Their excuse for everything is the building is getting old..😂

Room and amenities were great, and as expected. The rooms had abundant closet space, as in every room had a closet. Having a kitchen made my stay feel much more at home.

This hotel is a gem. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and smell fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel's location is perfect, and what makes it even better is the hotel staff—10/10. No swimming pool

Whole stay was great. Easily accessible to anything around a walking distance.

The room and property was clean overall but it’s all out dated. The A/C didn’t work well in the room. If you need a microwave you have to go up to the 25th floor which is ridiculous as we were on the 9th floor. The valet took over 45 minutes to get our car for us when we were leaving. When outside there are nasty homeless people everywhere. The coffee shop downstairs was pretty good though. Would consider going back after updates.
