Location was ok and common areas were ok. Too much construction either on floor above or below us. Basic accommodations for a very high price.

The convenience of the arena! Not much to say negatively

Also there was a drilling job being done, we were not made aware. It kept going all afternoon, each time I called the front desk they would only say…”they should stop shortly” … it was really loud. Food was good, gym was good, pool was good and spa staff was awesome. Property location was great!

Staff was extremely friendly and hotel looks and feels clean. Only thing issue we had was we like to sleep with A/C on 67 and it never got to that in the room. (We only stayed one night so didn’t mention to hotel) would stay here again.

Excellent location, close to the concert venue we were attending. So many great restaurant choices, and loved the breakfast at the W Hotel. Our room was well appointed and modern and we loved it. The pool area was windy and cold, but stunning, we will be back for a summer staycation! Valet was $60, not a surprise, but expensive still

Well the hotel was clean and comfortable, many of the amenities were visibly old and outdated. It looked like some updates had been made, but the beds were very worn in and most of the furniture in the room had chips and cracks in it.
