Great location and great service.

Phenomenal experience all around

Had a 2 day staycation at the Hotel Swexan and it was amazing. Roof top pool/bar is the best in the city with such an island vibe. We tried all the restaurants on the premise and the food was great. Staff very friendly and attentive. For anyone in your 20's or kids in their 20's the hotel/decor/pool and bar area made for an awesome back drop for the required vacay pics and videos !

Fantastic property located in a wonderful and walkable area of Dallas. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, dining, & our room was maintained well. The service was superb. Excellent stay!

Minnie was also very accommodating and made my special occasion feel extra especial. The hotel is in a great part of town - Harwood District. A lot of things to do and close to Klyde Warren Park. I liked everything the property.

Great rooftop restaurant central to anything downtown you want to do very upscale area compared to some other places I’ve visited.

Many staff members were horribly rude.

We went for a few days with my husband and 2 elementary aged boys. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in but overall we absolutely loved our stay. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooftop restaurant had great views, drinks and food. Pizza and cocktails at the pool were delicious. The pool was clean, beautiful and well maintained. The loungers are very close to the pool so had to make sure the boys weren’t wetting guests. The room was also clean, spacious for two carry ons. No tub and the shower head was awkwardly placed but all worked out. Location was good too. There were a few restaurants very close to the hotel and we were able to walk to Perot Museum and local grocery store. Overall I would 100% stay again.

Remarkable property. Extremely high attention to detail. The restaurants were all excellent.

Staff was wonderful. Loved the steak house and the pool deck.

Close walk for stars game. Hotel nice

This is quite possibly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There’s not enough words to describe how exemplary not only the property and the facilities are, but the staff as well. Everyone is so kind and attentive. This will be the hotel that I will always return to whenever coming to Dallas.
