Do not book a stay here unless you want to take your chances being stranded in Chicago. I booked 3 months in advance arrived and got told they overbooked and don't have my room and all they had to say is sorry we don't know what to tell you. There was a huge festival event in the area for that weekend so there was nothing available ended up in the car for a night and Expedia was no good or help resolving or rebooking either i can say.

They canceled my reservation as soon as I got there and said they were booked. They said they called me but I never received a call from them. Very disappointed

Location was perfect for us. Smell of the room. We had to buy an electric oil air freshener for our 6 night stay. Phone in room never worked and even though we reported it several times they never bothered to fix it. Bathroom had a burned/melted area next to bathtub that was never fixed. I had to show the clerk on duty when we checked out pics I took of it so they wouldn't think we did it.

The front desk staff was great That check out time is 11 am and it was 955 and I had cleaning lady open my door while I was in the shower luckily I had the lock in the room

The location is close to Argonne National Laboratories. It was a bit noisy with kids from families staying at the facility, and there was no shampoo and just two small circular soaps.

Door didn’t fully lock. Seen a few big bugs but mainly in the hallways nothing in the room. People were loud and a lot of them had dogs which barked all the time. Did not feel the safest staying there even though the area was decent

Everything about Woodward Springs was great! Friendly staff and easy, available parking. Surrounding places to eat and shop are plenty. Will surely stay here next time visiting Chicago.

The room 128 had a smell (burn) and there is a machine which probably there is something that got burned there. People comes and go with people coming in with no card. Strong smell of Marijuana.

It’s smelled clean & was clean No place to sit outside. First hotel I’ve been to with no benches or area to sit outside.

I believe they can work on the amentities when it comes to breakfast and even putting a pool in but I understand that they keep the prices low for a reason. overall I would stay there again and was very appreciative of the cleaniliness oh also I was able to bring both of my dogs.
