Very clean and well kept. I appreciate that the hotel recycles.

The hotel was great, large room! Great water pressure in shower. The coffee was cold at 5:30 am! When I asked about it, the clerk said we change it at 6. I think it had been sitting there all night.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Ours was a last-minute stay due to flight canellation.

Stayed one night while traveling through, was clean and was a great rate for the quality

The room was very comfortable and clean. It made me feel at home. I liked that there were several restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that needed improvement was the pillows. They were very worn.

Ambushed by a $16 per day parking fee…..it’s uncovered . They had an issue with the sprinkler system which balked and caused an overpowering smell to permeate the entire hotel. They had a yellowish sludge leaking near parked cars and a side entrance. I had to call the GM to get them to get the contractor to power wash it

Excellent hotel. They have airport shuttle to and from hotel. Staff are all very friendly. Breakfast buffet has plenty of food options. The rooms are updated and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped which makes eating in quite convenient. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. My family really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is very nice with clean, modern and spacious apartment like rooms. Location is very convenient to Denver International Airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Hotel was logical stay for us due to a flight cancellation. They had a nice shuttle to the property from the airport. The staff was exceptionally kind, room was comfortable. They have a dinner each evening which is one of the reasons we selected this hotel due to being tired and not having a car. We slept fine and were able to take the shuttle to the airport the next day on time! They served dinner, and normally this brand of hotel has decent food, this was really terrible, like “not sure what they were thinking” terrible- some kind of gloppy meat on a stale bun terrible. Even my husband, who will eat anything (!) would not eat the rest after a bite. I didn’t even bother getting a plate as it didnt look appealing to me and I didnt want to waste. The only other thing was a toxic smell that was super strong due to some kind of maintenance started that evening and was still present when we left.

Very pleased with the stay here.
