Clarion Inn Des Moines Airport

Todo muy sucio extremadamente sucio y muy ruidoso

Toilet paper in bathroom was used, shower was still dirty. Coffee maker and ice bucket in the bathroom?

The hotel smelled like wet dog. The room was ok. They did shuttle me to and from the airport so that was nice. I was annoyed I had to pay to keep my car parked there while I was on my trip though.

Missing lamps,keycards failed multiple times. Hot tub is shown on website, but no hot tub in reality. Understaffed. No one at front desk at night. Ice machines broken.

No usb chargers in the room.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The beds were extremely comfortable with fresh sheets and a nice selection of pillows. I would definitely book a room there again when traveling to Des Moines.

I liked everything about this place

It wasn’t the worst place I have ever stayed, but it wasn’t the best. Lots of noise, room smelled a bit.

CAUTION!!! Absolutely terrible stay. I brought my family there after a long day at the ball field to find out this hotel was having a car show in the parking lot and around the entire facility. There were people outside of the hotel sitting in lawn chairs thru the entire back and front of the facility. There were half naked girls dancing in the parking lot and an OnlyFans flag waving behind them. There was no place to park, and we had to drive thru all the people sitting alongside the hotel in lawn chairs. Very uncomfortable situation for myself and my family. Would NOT recommend staying at this hotel!!

Service was good main lobby was good but but room is very old crappie the only outlet that worked was the bathroom, pillows were to small, the roo felt dirty

I STAYED A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND THE SERVICE WAS BAD, BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THIS PLACE AGAIN, 2nd CHANCE. AND THEY ARE VERY ORGANIZED AND FRIENDLY. ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE EGGS DID RUN OUT AND WE WANTED MORE EGGS, BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM. I LIKE STAYING NEAR THE AIR PORT, AS MY SON LIVES NEAR BY, SO I GOOD AREA TO STAY.

Pleasant

The front desk lady was very nice. Our room was very humid, which made it uncomfortable to be in. Our room was in the back of the hotel so the people we saw in the back looked like derelicts sitting outside the doors smoking. We moved our vehicle to the front of the building overnight because we didn't feel as if it was safe in the back.

Room was fine for what we needed. The place smells funny but once we were in our room it was fine. The guy working desk was very helpful when we were having issues with our tv.

Great room, quick service and convenient shuttle to the airport. Pool was cleaned and hot tub worked (although would have preferred it hotter) Great say, nice family run business. would stay again before a flight. Nice Mexican restaurant next door

Nice and beautiful place

As soon as we got in our room we noticed how dirty it was. Bugs all over windows and air conditioner. We found a brown dried up used condom on the floor by bed. Bathtub had pubs all over it and there was absolutely no hot water for a shower. Had to take a cold one. The housekeeper did clean up the condom for us but in my opinion for all being wrong and nasty that should have been a free night outta 2 at least.

Glad we all paid a premium to stay there. Breakfast was good. Pool had water in it.

The price was very reasonable. The rooms were decent, but the breakfast was awful. The muffins were hard, the potatoes were frozen in the warmer.
