The bedding was stained, had holes in it, and torn. Bathroom wasn't clean. Pool smelled like an ash tray and no towels.

The bathroom was not clean, the tub may have been quickly wiped down, but the was a lot of residual crude, the hair dryer handle was dirty and sticky, I decided not to use it and washed my hands. I didn't use the pool so no comment there. The breakfast had sanitary issues, as an example, the biscuits and gravy were not even warm, the tongs for the biscuits were sitting on the handle that everyone uses to open the cover, the counters were not kept clean. We had come down within the first half hour it had opened so these issues were not because it had been really busy. We have stayed at many Quality Inn and Suites and have enjoyed our stay and always look for them as we travel. This one was very sub-standard and disappointing.

The breakfast was cold, they did have a microwave to warm it up. The same items though for Saturday and Sunday. But sure if they switch it up during the week. The gym was basically weights. The treadmill did not work and the bike you couldn’t move the seat up. The floor in the gym was wet not sure why. Pool area was very hot just to sit in there, dont know about water temperature though. No elevator, there are only 2 floors but if you bring a lot of stuff that’s a lot of going up and down the stairs. Some staff didn’t speak English like for the breakfast area, had to let her know the milk was empty. Beds were comfortable.

Staff was very nice. We checked in late, past midnight, and we wanted to go right to sleep. The hotel doesn't have an elevator though, so beware. We got to the room and wanted to crash since we were so exhausted. It looks good except the bathroom. There were long hairs all over the toilet and bathroom floor, and behind the bathroom door was disgusting. Clumps of hair, it looks like it's never been swept before. The tub and sink looked fine. However, paying $100 for a room where this happened makes the score low.

The room was clean except for some hair in the bathroom floor. Issues with the toilet and it overflowed. Staff gave us the mop but did not offer to clean it up. Checking staff was awesome.

The room appeared nice and clean. Pleasant smell when you walked into the room. Accessible shower and chair for showering. High toilet. I'm a wheelchair user. Plenty of space in the restroom. Bed was comfy-ish for a hotel. Pillows were soft. Breakfast offered a decent variety. We had a pleasant stay.

Bedroom was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a small refrigerator, microwave and desk that were very useful. The location was great for travelers and had a lot of restaurant options near by.
