Needs updated & cleaned.

No hot water, bag over smoke alarm, cracks in the wall, lid to the toilet seat was broken and screw holes in the door looked as if you didn't care how the room looked.

Family friendly, could be a little cleaner. Also could be updated. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Water park was fun for the kids. Nice that the restaurant and bar are open till 3am. Staff was nice, and accommodating.

I was just disappointed with the bathroom doors in our room. They did not lock or stay closed.

The Waterpark is pretty good and oie kids had fun. The rooms smell and are not the greatest. Beds were decent and we slept well. The price is inexpensive...and the Waterpark being included was great. But if I would have known the state of the rooms I would have made reservations elsewhere.

El único problema fue que el control del tv nunca funcionó pero es algo que se puede arreglar para siguiente inquilino

Very nice cool

Bed was yellow and nasty. Shower really is opened so when you shower, it gets all over the floor. Carpet is soaking wet. Hallway stinks and wet rags under the ice machine. But for 80 dollars its not bad. What did you expect.

My 8 year old daughter loved the indoor waterpark. The attached pizza restaurant was also very good.

Great atmosphere me and my family enjoyed every minute of the stay the slides were fun food was nice and great vibes

The pool staff allowed several small children in paddle jumpers go down the water slides but when my daughter went up in hers they told her she couldn't. And it's not bc there were different employees bc right after the same girl let 3 more in paddle jumpers go. The deepest pool they had was 4 ft and was closed until the day we left the other days they had children running and cannon balling dang near on other children. It was chaos. The bathroom pocket door was off the hinge so it didn't easily open and shut. I guess some guests decided to smoke weed outside my window every night so it smelled like skunk every night in our room. The arcade machines when the claw would grab the prize got stuck on the claws so my kids lost about 4 prizes. The bars stools were rusted so it rocked all over the place. The desk in my room was unusable i sat my purse on it and it shook so bad I was afraid to put anything on it or use it scared it would collapse. The rooms were nice and clean and organized but the maintenance was terrible. And the guests children were running up and around the entire hotel yelling and carrying on at all hours. The restaurant was ridiculous the prices high and no meals so had to buy the sides separate which costed my family 90.00 for 5 meals that were subpar, I spend that on a sushi restaurant at home and it's 5 star restaurant. We got Mac and cheese for one kid. 2 sandwiches with wedges each and 2 orders of boneless wings and one side of wedges so not 5 full meals.

The water park was amazing very family the rooms are not the best but good enough to be comfortable and safe with your family.

We specifically booked a poolside room, expecting easy access to the pool area. While our room technically overlooked the pool, it was located upstairs and around the corner, which wasn’t quite what we had in mind when booking “poolside.” The indoor water park was definitely the highlight of our stay. My grandkids had an absolute blast, and it provided hours of entertainment. The room itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to interact with throughout our visit. The property could use some updating, particularly the carpet in the common areas, which is showing its age. Another disappointment was that the restaurant closed because it opened at 3:00 PM, making it difficult to grab lunch. Overall, if you’re visiting with children and plan to spend time at the water park, it’s worth considering. The friendly staff and clean rooms were appreciated, but some facility updates and expanded dining hours would greatly improve the guest experience.

I enjoyed my visit, with my grandkids. The staff were very helpful..

Clean comfortable room.

Our stay was great. The women working the front desk was amazing. The pool was great and the food from the sports bar was excellent. The back could have used some cleaning as there was a pizza and other trash out there but outside of that it was amazing

Our recent stay at the property was okay overall, but there were a few issues with the bathroom that made the experience less comfortable. The bathroom door does not lock, which reduces privacy. Additionally, the shower has no door, and whenever we used it, the water would flood the entire bathroom floor. Fixing these issues would greatly improve the stay for future guests.

Went to check in and there was no staff anywhere to be found. Had to sit in the lobby with a 4 year old and infant for over 20 mins. The lobby definitely smells like smoke too. My 4 year old did have a lot of fun at the waterpark though. There was towels just thrown everywhere in the pool area so it would be cool if they had someone to pick up often throughout the day.

It was an ok stay
