Awful and dingy and smelly hotel

The staff was great and the property was clean and quiet

Good options for activities around Rosemont and Allstate arena....short walk to stadium

I arrived after midnight but I called them before that. They cancelled my reservation. No front desk personnel, door locked. Horrible experience and place. I’ll NEVER stay at Extended Stay facility again. They left me stranded in the middle of the night with no place to stay.

Room flor was sticky and fron desk didnt want to provide with extra towel, also no shampoo had to go to front desk and get it. Avoid this place ,

Location was very near to the arena and the description were correct. The hallways smelled like smoke.

We arrived early & our room was ready. The front desk lady helped explain how to get to the restaurants & was very nice. The room was clean & close to restaurants. There was a park & pond across the street that we walked around & enjoyed the weather.

The location is amazing. You are walking distance or restaurants and in an ideal place if you are headed boards the Allstate Arena. Staff were helpful and the location is quiet. They even have a laundry service and a place to work out. The bed was said to be a King but it looked like a Queen. The appliances look old and the room was quite drab. Also the breakfast left much to be desired since the muffins were small and dry, but you get what you pay for. It’s about the location and price more than anything here.

Our check in clerk Deric was awesome!!the WiFi was down and the was someone from Xfinity working on it, and a couple come out of the elevator, the woman accused her man of keeping her in their room against her will!! Deric made sure we were safe and comfortable WiFi went down again in the morning

there is no utensils in the room, you have to request from the reception.

Clean room and bathroom. Nice pots for cooking.

Room is dirty, found a few places of left over food from previous guests. The walls are thin- easy to hear people next door if loud, the bed very hard. Good if quick and want cheap.

WENDY, ONE OF THE SWEETEST, MOST HARDWORKING, ACCOMMODATING, KIND, THOROUGH STAFF MEMBER EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS EACH AND EVERY TIME I STAY! I STAYED AT THIS LOCATION 3X WITHIN A WEEK AND WENDY WAS ALWAYS THERE TO CHECK ME IN. SHE DID SO WITH A SMILE, WELCOMING & INCREDIBLY FAST! ANY REQUEST, SHE WAS ON TOP OF IT & MADE IT HAPPEN! WENDY IS A SPECIAL STAFF MEMBER WHO SHOULD NEVER GO WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! SHES PROBABLY #1 ON MY FAVORITE STAFF MEMBERS AT THIS LOCATION! THANK YOU WENDY FOR ALWAYS MAKING MY STAYS SO DELIGHTFUL, I CONTINUE TO COME BACK!???? Nothing! I DONT HAVE ONE COMPLAINT!

The lobby was under construction, so that wasn't ideal, but I'm sure it will look nice once it's finished.
