If you are looking for a budget hotel this place is perfect, it was very quiet and within close distance to many restaurants. If you are looking for a five star hotel you want go look somewhere else. For it’s money this place is worth every penny

The people were very nice, housekeeping did a fantastic job on cleaning my room, front desk staff were amazing. Facility could be nice but my mattress had one whole side to it that was completely caved in and hard. You could not sleep not that side at all. There was always an odor in the hallway and the carpet was so dirty you could see the bare foot prints of where people had walked before in it and stained it. I sure that was the smell as well. I did not even want to walk on it with shoes on much less without. Needs new carpet or hardwood floors in the hallways and a new mattress really bad in 101. The tub even has a whole in it and leaks if you try to fill it up.

Would be nice to have staff empty the trash can outside the front entrance more often - it was overflowing and staff didn’t seem bothered as they came and went without doing anything about it.
