I was in town for a funeral and was only there for one night but had to be moved because the AC unit had a loud screeching noise in the first room. I was pleased with the second room until I found out that the lights near the bathroom sink/shower area wouldn’t come on but I was too physically and mentally exhausted to move again (I just wanted to shower and get some rest). I wasn’t too thrilled with the parking fee either. I love the ambience of the hotel but I don’t know if that balances the negatives of this visit.

We went to front reception desk there was young lady was there asking question about coffe she wasn’t saying good morning and no smiles. I was uncomfortable feeling like I am begging for coffee.

It was cute and clean The Ac only went down to 65 degrees and it kept going off. It was way too warm in there.

I liked the front desk people were great. There was a young lady on Sunday morning I forgot her name, she gave us an early check in which was amazing. She is an asset to your company. The only thing we didn’t like was the bar guy at the lobby refused to give us a couple of glasses to take it to our room we did like the plastic cups. Everywhere we went a request like this was a no brainer but somehow he made us feel like thieves who are stealing the glasses. It was an unfortunate, it was our last night at the property and he left us with a not so great feeling. Other than that we liked the property and the rest of the staff.

Not a bad place for a night or two close to mall

They should include breakfast like the neighbor Tru

It was beautiful, with many things to do and the safe was kind and helpful. The pool water seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly and they just a bunch or chlorine in it.

The only problem I had with my stay was the power outage lasting several hours. I had to get dressed for an event in the dark with no electricity and my room was in the front of the hotel with a view of the outside lobby so I felt I was in direct view of others with the shade open.
