Location rooms in ground floor were filled with smoke
-
Seemed to be a high volume of homeless people around leaving trash
-
Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free.
-
It was ok
-
The smell in one of the rooms from previous renters
-
This place was awful! It is not well kept. The rooms were not clean. Will not ever stay there again!
-
Room was clean and functional. Handy location. Smoke smelling hallway. Sketchy clientele; appeared to be housing indigents, many of whom weee smokers. No one at desk to check in at 5:30 pm for 20’

Room was okay for a very short stay. Building not so clean. Would not eat the breakfast.
-
The rooms were okay The employees were very rude the breakfast was terrible no one greets you when you walk in every just looks and stares as if you did something wrong to them or acts like it hurts them to speak

Location Was not clean at all. Staff is very rude.

My room had a damaged door. It did not seal completely. There were stands on my floor and the staff was extremely rude. Whenever I tried to make them aware of it before I left. It’s also a disappointing that they feel that they can take $100 per room for damages. Meanwhile, the rooms are already damaged and they don’t take that money and repair the hotel. The property is in a great location for where we were going to visit Family . The breakfast was good. The service was great. The hotel it’s itself needs some severe upgrades the beds need new mattresses the rooms need painted and redone. They all need new carpet. They need phones in the room and they need to maintain them.
-
Bed sheets and covers had hair& burn holes. Seen one too many bugs in room.
-

On a positive note, the front desk associate was extremely kind and welcoming, even at a late hour when we checked in, which made for a great first impression. The coffee area in the lobby was also a nice touch, with a good selection of creamers and syrups available at all hours. Additionally, the floors and walls were well-insulated, so noise from neighboring rooms wasn’t an issue. Overall, it’s a decent option for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer visits.

Parking was easy and getting to my room was easy enough. The elevator and hallway smelled pretty funny. But, my room was clean enough and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and I got a good night's rest. I'd stay again!

It was close to the event I was attending and that is what made the stay bearable. It smelled like dogs in the hallway. The staff said they didn’t have any extra towels or wash cloths. We had to go to the front desk to request a blanket and were told initially that there weren’t any. I cleaned the bathroom and surfaces when we arrived and there was hair everywhere. The remote had food stuck inside of the buttons. Just overall unclean

On the outside, the hotel looks nice, but the first room that we looked out on the first floor that we were put in was absolutely terrible. It stunk and was extremely out of date. We asked to move to a different room and got placed on the second floor, which was decent at first until we got home from our event and found ants all over the Nightstands and TV stands and desk. We had to switch rooms again for a second time and we met with no compassion when we told them that there were ants everywhere. We also asked for extra towels and we were told we had to turn in our dirty towels to get new towels because they didn’t have enough. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will never stay at one of these hotels again.
