Horrible
-
The staffs are not friendly at all. I feel like what I did wrong lol.
-
The staff were friendly, and we didn’t have any issues when we needed help. Overall, it was a good stay, and I’d consider staying again.

Upon arrival, we parked next to an abandoned vehicle. Tires flat, plates expired over 4 years, looked like someone was living in it. Check in was fast and courteous. Hallways to rooms are worn and stained and dirty. Elevator sounded like it was ready to crash to the floor. The room was very dated and worn. Don’t even want to know how that many scratches get into a head board. The layout of the room is very cramped. They have an oversized sofa that takes up all the space. It met its purpose in a quick place to stay. Expected a little more up keep and no abandoned vehicles for a Marriott brand. But it is what it is.

The hotel seems quite dated and could use some renovations and updates.

We were pleased with our stay.
-
Room was very dirty and furniture was torn and in need of replacement. Carpet was very worn

I enjoyed staying at this property

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Completely lacking management oversight. Horrible experience. I’m done with Marriot

Location was nice. Staff was friendly.

The staff was friendly and it was clean The air didn't work and the toilet was stopped up. The beds were awful
-
This property is very run down and in desperate need of renovation. Our bed sheets had holes, the siding of walls was literally coming off, stains all throughout carpeting in the building (numerous floors, stairway), grime from years of use in bathroom fixtures etc.

Bryan was very helpful in getting the room we needed.

Good
-
The room was lovely. Bedding, wonderful. It was very noisy with banging and doors slamming which made it hard to sleep.
-
Room was clean and close to the pool, Starbucks coffee in the morning. Nothing anything bad to say besides the pillows could be better

Comfort and convenience
-
The hotel was super comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice and welcoming. They actually smiled, which you don't see all the time. Even housekeeping said hello and were welcoming as they prepared to do their morning rounds the day we were checking out. I didn't like the restaurants that were right by the hotel. My fiancé ended up with a stomach ache due to the mexican food he ate. That isn't your fault though.
