Days Inn by Wyndham El Paso Airport East

Good location

We were assigned a room that had what appeared to be a bullet hole through two panes of the glass covered by tape, the room smelled of death, we complained,they moved us to a room with rusted tub drains, no smoke detected, cables hanging from walls, and virtually no internet which supplies a jerky signal. Your tools face one of the busiest hiways, NOISY! No ice machines or vending machines and filters groundskeeping. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The room stunk and the whole outside smelled. It smelt like a smoking room.

Ac didn’t work

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, just old. Right next to highway so it was noisy. Two beautiful and friendly cats hung around outside.

It was a good place to stay the price was also very affordable and it was close to food and shopping very central close to pretty much everything. Just a quick note if you rent the room for several days they don't come by to clean on a daily basis. But other than that it was good.

I like the front desk workers . They were really helpful and nice.

The rooms were very dirty tv was unplugged cable not working microwave unplugged and was not easy to plug everything in had to move furniture around.

This property had a decent bed & pillows. We slept adequately. However the curtains could not be opened or closed, they had to forced shut as there was no hooks for them. The tub had paint coming up off the bottom of tub. No water in pool or breakfast. Lady checking me in forgot to return my id.

Absolutely nothing The room I reserved was not available. I was assigned a room with no shower curtain and no lighting. Reassigned another room with no a/c. The third room was somewhat comfortable but when we showered in the morning the entire room flooded. We were forced to look for other accommodations at another hotel in El Paso. Recommend Booking.Com remove Days Inn West from their list. I purchased insurance so what happens next since I experienced a terrible inconvenience?

Nothing I paid 80 for a nasty room. The bathtub was freaking clogged. Just nasty. O asked to be moved to a different room and the attendant was not having it. Please unless your homeless broke and have nowhere else to stay steering clear of this chit hole. BOOKING SHOULD NOT EVEN ADVERTISE SUCH A PLACE.

The locks on the door were broken. No.continental breakfast in the morning. Very watery coffee served.

The room smelled like urine. Not clean at all. Broken liquor bottles everywhere, no lights in the room ! What a horrible experience! We move to a different hotel! I haven't received my money back Nothing ! The staff in the Lobby not helpful!
