Staff was very unwelcoming. Walked In with family and the gentleman behind the counter said “ what’s up? Reservation?” Mumbled the entire time and or was talking to himself. In between propping his phone back up so he could continue watching his phone he found the reservation, handed me the key card and said “ you’re good.” Won’t be back. Pool smelled weird and hot tub timer is falling off the wall.

Old building. Worst shower ever !! Sheer curtains torn. Carpet dusty. Thermostat in bad shape & on & on. We may not trust Travelocity any more

Air conditioning loud clanking noise all night. Ice machine not working. Halls hot AC units off in halls. Luggage cart flat tires.

The room did not have a working air conditioner! The manager said there were no rooms available! I asked for a discount he couldn’t help me either

Breakfast was not very much. Eggs were alright very limited selection. Very little bread coffe was ok and waffle were standard.

The breakfast was terrible. Poor quality, no bananas for the first 3 days I was there. Poor choice of cereal, eggs were often overcooked and hard, maybe because they sat in the warming tray too long. Bacon was poor quality. Sausage was better. Poor quality bread choices. Terrible apples. Only 2% or skim milk. I did not try the yogurt but the choices were limited. I don’t drink juice and I did not trust the coffee. I did not try the potatoes. Skip breakfast and go to a restaurant in town.

Great place to flop on a road trip. The outer door to the hotel was “temperamental” but our room was comfy and breakfast was better than expected. The staff was incredibly nice.😊

The room was not very clean. When I tried to close the curtain they were shredded. The bathroom was very dated and dingy.

Very clean, comfortable room. Nice bed, bedding and pillows. Good breakfast. Small lobby area.
