The room is not ready at 7pm when I checked in, waited for 10-20mins then we get in to find hairs, tooth picks in washroom. The room is stinking, it came from one of the beds and the blanket. Hotel employees helped replaced the blanket and the liners, the smell reduced a little bit, but still there for the whole night. This was a terrible experience…

The breakfast spread was very extensive, and the food tasted excellent.

The room didn’t smell too good. The windows were filthy and it appeared the breakfast area wasn’t that clean either. We didn’t stay for the continental breakfast. Would never stay there again.

Person checking us in ask us to wait 15 minutes while he made the bed in our room. Not sure if bed sheets were washed. When we returned the floor was wet and had to smell Pinesol all night long. Very SKETCHY. Do not recommend staying here. We will not return.

Breakfast was not appetizing, dry eggs and potatoes. No tissues in box. Room telephone didn't work. No blackout curtains in room 212. Is there a dress code for your employees, bc they were quite sloppily dressed. Place is rundown, I would not stay again, or recommend.

The property was very dated and worn down. Terrible premises. Tried to make it smell good with sticky room spray.

Room was dated, toilet seat very worn, and smelled like Lysol. Breakfast is the usual meh Sisco food.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Moderately priced. The only things that needed improvement were the lack of plates for breakfast so we used bowls but it's not ideal to eat waffles from cereal bowls. The dog area is pretty lacking, bare dirt, very small fenced area, no poop bags but we had our own. Overall happy and will stay again next time we go through Elko.

This hote is dated but you can at least see that they do try. Microwave , fridge and a decent TV in the room makes the stay better. The 5 star goes to the staff. Everyone from the manager to the maintenance crew were extremely helpful and pleasant. While the beds are rather uncomfortable and walls are paper thin, this is a good choice for an overnight or quick stay.

Great place to stay, nice bed, clean room great breakfast!

The staff is amazing. The front desk lady during check in was awesome and the gentleman during check out the next day was just as amazing.

Friendly, good location, safe entry, staff is willing to please. Linens were clean and comfortable. I suggest duvet cover on the down blankets. Breakfast had good selection. The waffle was good. The bed after a couple days was not as comfortable. I suggest foam topper. There was a sharp part of the bed frame sticking out, didn't see it til you hit it! Dangerous! The lamp base was dirty. The shower had mold around the handle face plate. No instant hot cereal like oatmeal. Butter should be room temperature, to hard to spread when kept in the fridge. No hot cocoa!

Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Wish their pet area was better maintained.

No stairs. The guy at the desk laughed when I asked if they had an elevator. I'm fact he was a jerk about everything. The room has minimal accommodations. I had to haul all my things up the stairs alone. I'll never stay here again.

Stains on bedding. Wear on bedding. Bedding doesn't fit beds very well. Floor was sticky. Gap around door into room. Expensive for pets. Toliet seat mismatched and showing wear. Weird smell in room. Half the light switches dont work. Stains on walls and ceiling. Trash all around building. Pretzel in AC. Someone living in a camper in the parking lot. Screen cut out of the window.

This hotel had everything I ask for when I just need a one night pit stop. Reasonable price, decent breakfast, comfy beds and a great shower. I love that I could run the fan on the cooling unit for white noise. The gym was small but adequate to get in a workout before sitting in the car for four hours on the way to my next destination. I highly recommend.

Staff was attentive and helpful.

Room was not clean upon entering. Other tenants said the same. thankfully they moved us to another room and that was much better but still not up to the quality we see at other Quality Inn hotels. Coffee was lukewarm at 6:30am and hot water was cold. Not worth what we paid.
