I really enjoyed staying here !!! I would book a room here again
-
Do not stay here. The staff is very rude and the rooms were not clean. They charged me an extra $120 without warning and told me I can’t get it back for 7-10 days. They double charged me for a hold fee. When I called no one had answers for me

Update the elevator certificate please it’s expired and unsafe

This was a great choice for us to stay in the convenient suburbs, with easy access to downtown and O'Hare. The property was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed nearby local walking trails, the gym, pool and hot tub.

Would for sure stay again. Everything clean and well taken care of.

The elevator seemed a little “jerky” and the latest inspection certificate was 2024. Nothing catastrophic to report and I would stay there again, but it was not the best Hilton I’ve visited.
-
My only complaint would be about breakfast. We had already paid in full for the room. It would have been nice if there was a complimentary breakfast like several of the surrounding hotels had.

Very clean hotel. Cafe on the property was a bonus.

Very clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay but if I had to pick one thing that I didn’t like: They didn’t have a microwave in the room and people like to warm up their food after a nap and after grabbing some take-out. The location of the public microwave is a little inconvenient.

The staff were super nice and helpful even with a snafu at check in as their systems had just recently been updated. Room was large and clean, however the noise from the road/highway right next to the hotel was very annoying. If you have a room on that side and are a light sleeper like me; be prepared for loud noise from cars, trucks, motorcycles, ect. all day/night. Unfortunately, we will not stay again as it was not as close to our daughter's college campus as we had originally thought.

Check in was great Hotel clean. My biggest issue with my stay is that I booked through Expedia. For some reason I thought I had booked for two nights instead of one. Instead of a phone call, they packed all my belongings in a garbage bag and had them at the front desk. Nothing was missing, so I give them credit for that. When I asked if another room was available, they said I had to do it online. I ended up going to another hotel.

The location I didn’t sleep at all the first night bc the AC kept turning on with an extremely loud slamming noise then turning off every 15 mins. I was unable to turn it off also if I turned it off it would have been too hot

Everything Too pricey
