Springhill Suites by Marriott Chicago Elmhurst/Oakbrook Area

The staff was outstanding. Hotel grounds are slightly dated but adequate. Pool was nice. Very nice stay.

The biggest issue, however, was the noise. Guests in the room directly above us were yelling, banging, and making loud noises well after midnight, continuing until nearly 3:00 AM. This significantly affected our ability to sleep. We were traveling with family and children, which made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, while I understand this may not be entirely the hotel’s fault, some guests were using vulgar and inappropriate language in common areas, including around the breakfast area. This made the environment uncomfortable for families. Because of the overall experience, we skipped breakfast the next morning and left very early. Overall, this stay was not worth the cost. Between the poor condition of the property, the lack of a restful environment, and the uncomfortable atmosphere in shared spaces, we were very disappointed and would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Room is cleaned, easy check-in, cozy atmosphere, plenty of free parking lot, location of the hotel, friendly and informative staff.

Staff very friendly and breakfast was busy but kept up with the food which was good!

This hotel was amazing! We will definitely stay here again. The staff are super friendly. The hot breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve had at a hotel. Everything was super clean.

Joshua was amazing as well as his co-worker I didnt get her name everything was so chaotic on my end as we were there for a funeral. But she got us the perfect room next to the pool it was the perfect distraction given the circumstances and they loved it. Just want to thank you all for an great stay overall we pick this hotel everytime we come its close to family and always welcoming, clean, and convenient. The breakfast was yummy and fresh and if you have picky eaters you get me lol Thanks again and we look forward to choosing Springhill on our next visit

The rooms were clean the shower fantastic and the was great along with parking.

Breakfast and pool

The staff working there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was small and there was no sink in it as well. The shower felt like sandpaper.

Comfortable room Breakfast ....milk decomposed . I checked expire date surprised me look like the milk was out refrigerator for long time.⁹

The staff was exceptional! Everyone from the reception area to the housekeepers were smiling and friendly! I was overwhelmed by the kindness of Gina who seemed to work 24 hours a day but was never without a smile and kind word. The best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The breakfast was also wonderful with lots of choices! The room itself needed refreshing. The toilet room also held the shower and was so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet and open or close the door and Ive never liked the sink in the bedroom.

Superb

The room was clean and spacious, which worked well for our family. While the property is a bit older and could benefit from some updates, it was comfortable and quiet during our stay. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and location were the highlights of our visit, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Staff was great

The property was very well maintained, staff let us checkin early. Also we wanted to have late dinner in the kitchen so the guy at reception pulled us microwave out of kitchen to use. Overall a great experience.

We stay here every time we come back "home" to visit. Convenient to the highway and afforable The rooms are starting to look run down and not thoroughly clean. The housekeepers need to look up at ceilings and under furniture for cleaning. The clean deodorant smell that is pumped thru the air vents is not covering up what is visually seen throughout the halwaus and rooms.

The room was clean, parking was plentiful, andd the staff was helpful. The hotel smelled very clean.
