Reviews

The room's carpet from the door to the beds was very grimy, but everything else was clean.
-
Good breakfast and kind staff
-
Although this hotel is a bit dated insofar as the room, it was very clean.
-
Pretty nice place. Great pool. I’d stay again!
-
This was great for a one night stay near DC! Helpful front desk staff and a nice spread for the breakfast buffet. Rooms were definitely dated and the mattresses old, but fit the bill for what our family of 5 was looking for!
-
A little dated, but nice. No elevators so looked like 1st and second level were only direct access from sidewalk, third level stairs.
-
Bugs and flies all over the room.

I was not satisfied with this place not one bit. The pictures online is much different from what you are really getting. Online the rooms look like it's a nice place to stay. I would rather sleep a dog house than to stay at that place. The bed was sinking in the middle. And room smell awful. I was supposed to have stay there for 3 days. They would not refund me my money back for one day but refund it back for the other two day. Had to find some place else to stay. If I ever come back to Fairfax Virginia I definitely would not pick this place to stay.

Very nice stay and comfortable bed!!

The room and bathroom were very clean, desk staff (which was all I had contact with) was pleasant and helpful, there was plenty of parking and I slept well due to the quiet. Breakfast was great -- tasty and everything at the right temperature!

Great location! Service was outstanding! I have been enjoying my Best Western experiences this year and I will do my best to see that they get my future business when it comes to staying at a hotel! Thank you Best Western

Very nice pool area with lifeguards on duty, breakfast was also very good!

This hotel is located in a good location. However, it is outdated. Definitely needs renovation and better maintenance.
-
Excellent location and wonderful staff. We had a lovely time!

The place is clean and there’s variety of food to choose for breakfast. The only thing is the attitude of the front desk when we checked inn. He was a little bit rude when he welcomed us. His face looks grumpy, not smiling. Anyway, probably he’s having a bad day that day. But overall, still going to recommend the place.

basic accommodations. Complete jerk at check in who claimed "I can't do anything for you" to get my mom (who can't walk) a room on the ground floor (there's no elevator), even though I booked a handicapped-accessible room at booking. Raised his voice at me in response to my frustration. When I mentioned reporting him up the ADA, he magically found 2 rooms on the ground floor. Just uneccesary jerkiness
